I use Coast of Maine Premium Organic Grow Mix and make sure to presoak it heavily 24 hours before. The floors have radiant heat so excess moisture tends to leave the soil quicker. Somewhat annoying. When the seedlings are germinating in a paper towel I add my Mycorhizae(right at the beginning.) I have seen positive effects if it helping with overwatering and underwatering. I have also seen it colonize the stem of my plants like a film at the base. It works. This is because the Mycorhizae colonize the root systems and travels through the soil, hitching a ride on the hardworking roots. In return for giving better access to nutrients and fighting off opposing fungi and, of course, increasing the range of the roots, the cannabis plant gives it sugars. Friends don't mind letting each other borrow a cup of sugar. Popping out of the soil and beginning to look healthy. I use a spray bottle to lightly spray the top soil, entirely. I leave the size of a baseball around the seedling untouched by the spraying. I also add microorganisms to the presoak water, no nutrients. I think the key to a healthy soil, much like a healthy Earth, is a respectable diversity amongst the inhabitants, all working for each other and sharing the excess without personal loss. We can learn a lot from our soil. I'm sure you can teach me, too.

Around day 12 was the first day I drizzled a sliver of mixed fertilizer of the ratios listed directly on it. All in all it could be considered no more than 10 drops. Before, I was using it in a spray bottle so it slowly would saturate. I'm always hesitant when watering at first since too much love can really hurt or slow down the growth of a plant. They're a lot like people - you have to give them plenty of space or they won't be their best - all the while remembering the little things that keep it going.

Lost a day or two in the photos. Holidays are distracting, some for more than others. For me it's a mental thing. The ladies are coming along beautifully. I had another OG start to Flowrr and am wondering if that is because of the stress it underwent.

A little overwatering happened. I recently acquired some more perlite to add to the soil, it seems the slightest watering is causing problems. Cal/mag added as a foliar spray to help since it started yellowing. My next grow I am going to top dress, I believe. With all these organic ingredients there are a few that aren't water soluble so digging them in would be ideal. Cal-mag foliar spray is good for healthy plants. Barely helps weakening ones. Worth it, needs something else with it, I feel. I'll also be adding about 10% more perlite. I have a kelp foliar spray I need to pick up. Interested to start applying that! So, I experimented with the water run off - as you can see in the photos - on day 33 and I think I found my "over watering" problem. There is a hugeee difference in foliage from day 32 to 33 (technically 13-14 hour interval) after giving it lower ph water and nutes. I'll update here tomorrow and we'll see.

So, my other plants have surpassed this OG, unfortunately, a week younger, too. I took pictures of the PH test Do you think that was the problem? (I personal so I don't water for the first 3 weeks, lol, otherwise the above happens.)

It looks to me like you already know your pH was way out and you were watering to frequently. I strongly suggest giving a boost of nutrients straight away and continue to feed. I would remove some of the affected leaves and fingers crossed she will sort herself out!

I've also cut the light down to 20/4. The reason for this is my plants were growing super compact. A little more stretch will open up some lower branches and make bigger nugs, I believe. Ph clocked in at around 7 2 with nutes, 6.5 without. Corrected to a stable 6.2-3 from now on. Water left for 15 hours and no nutes raises by 1.1 ph. Holy cow. Thank you cannabis for showing me something is wrong with my water, most likely bacteria.

This beautiful little lady has certainly seen it's fair share of hardships. No water for the next 5 or so days, have it a super small feed. Popped a couple more Auto Ogs so I believe I may use this runt for feminized seeds and show that process. Never a waste of growth. :) On Day 43 I gave her more water and nutes to help stress her a bit further since I am using the colloidal silver a little late. On Day 45 I have sprayed the lower two nodes with 50ppm colloidal silver to induce testicles. Big, swollen, testicles. Hopefully. Been spraying that silver everyday.

Still stressing the living happiness out of her. Spraying 50 PPM Colloidal Silver daily on the bottom 2 flowers. No sign of testicles Sometimes little plants want to be a different gender than they started out with and that's okay. Every plant is their own entity. However, sometimes we must force a plant against there will to change sex. This one is putting up quite the fight. January 28th. Nada. Zip. Zilch.

Still no pollen sacks... Starting to think these OGs just aren't hardy at all.

I don't know what's going on with this one. I've been spraying it at the top cola now, too, in an effort to get SOME pollen sacks. :( We love them nonetheless.. On Valentines day Pollen sacks have revealed themselves. She goated me.

I popped 2 new OG Autos I am starting a journal on later tonight. Since the PH really hit this one hard I'll be using it for feminized seeds, well, my first attempt at making them. Photos to come later.

Holy nipple toasters, I let my water sit out, no nutes added, and within 15 hours it went from 6.5ish to 7.6ish! Thank you Cannabis for telling me there is something REALLY wrong with my water, maybe. Time to send the water in for testing!

Electronic ph meter came today. My feeds clocked in at 7.21 +- .05. Thankfully I already figured it out! Jeez. From the faucet is 6.5 with no nutes. Never thought my nutes would raise it by .7

So it turns out it was a PH problem. You can see in the pics when I rinsed with more acidic PH water, just enough for the root area, no more, and then came a tiny bit of nutrients a day or so after. Probably will go about 5 days or so. Another slight miscalculation is that my makeshift cannabis rehab closet gets much cooler so less water uptake - Doh! Inside the tent was every 3 days after first watering. Closet is every 5! Thankfully, she's starting to spunk back up, however, she lost a good week or so of early growth which is regrettable.
