Cannapprentice Here's another of the quick diary from old pictures. This is my third grow. I'm still doing a lot of dumb shit like overfeeding and looking back at it, it's a pretty sad view hahaha I wonder what I could manage to grow with this genetic now that I've got a better grasp on growing! Anyways I didn't capture the vegetative stage but I still have a fair number of picture for the flowering stage! enjoy!

Cannapprentice As you can see with the pictures, this week is the week I upgraded my old DIY lamp with a new one. Not only does it look better but the heat circulates easier around it and the light is spreaded more evenly across the grow space. it's only wood and plastic E27 sockets but it works pretty damn good!

Cannapprentice Buds are still swelling with lots of white pistils. They are getting nice and chunky but you can feel it's not really dense The heatwave made both airy but the worst one was the second pheno who foxtailed like crazy

Cannapprentice Last week before harvest Both plants look pretty beat up but are still going and maturing. It could have went a whole lot better but at least they are both frosty and chunky. The pheno number 1 smells the best: very fruity flowery lavender smell. It's like a candy shop! it's not the frostiest but it's the densest (even though calling it dense would be a stretch) The pheno number 2 smells pretty much exactly like those lemon slice shaped lollipops. Very very sweet and delicious! it's also covered is cristals and foxtails like a bitch because the temps are so high Appart from buds, the leaves from this pheno came out deformed and mangled from beginning to end without an apparent reason.

The buds are airy but have a VERY nice purple color to them. Also with a nice cure, they smelled fantastic! Density-wise they are very very bad but I think they could have done better with lower temps I still have one bean so I'll try it out again sooner or later. The smoke hits pretty hard and pretty fast. rolling it in spliffs, I felt relaxed, happy and giggly and it doesn't take much to go there so the potency is definitely pretty nice! when vaping it, things got a bit more trippy and it really forces you to smile while making you melt in comfort! Even though the two phenos don't look anything alike, both effects are pretty indistinguishable. It clearly was strong enough but the best part was the taste! #1 smelled strongly of lavender and fruits. A very sweet smell that's one of the best I've ever smelled on weed. #2 smelled of candied citrus and sweet spices. I liked the first pheno better but this one is just as amazing!

Cannapprentice I wouldn't call this a smooth ride but this grow really helped me nailing down the main mistakes I kept on doing over and over again. I chopped them at 10% amber and unlike my second grow, I chopped them when they were mature. I got a whole lot better since but I'm keeping this on this website for the sake of my grow history!

Welp. Take it or. Leave it. Before I got my current light ( not in diary's because phone can't post). I used. A 150 hps. And. About. 65 watts of led and. 50 florescent I had. A trade. More than u. And I had a. Similar issue. With airy buds and I was. Growing a. Super. Dense. Strains sweet. Cheese. So u may need to up your. Draw I invested in a. 500. Dollar. Lamp on Amazon and never regreted

@Witty420, Thanks for your insight :) But I found out it was strain dependant. I had two zombie kush under the same light only a few weeks ago. And the density leaves nothing to be desired :) lsd25 is just a pretty airy strain :/

I think I'm going to have buds like this.My lsd looking airy too.I mean by airy,they are tiny.and my temps are pretty ideal at 22-24 lights on.so I think its genetics because I know fastbuds purple strains have that trait.they are all tiny buds.But again,yours look amazing,really catchy color as I see the same on my plant atm.Enjoy your fruits,I bet they taste and feel great. by the way,mine smells like citrus,fruity and some cleaning agents(weird but true :D )

@HighRoller909, This is an old grow of mine I decided to post in one shot. So sadly, it's already all smoked and vaped.. But trust me when I say I enjoyed it to the very last bits! It straight up didn't smell like weed it was so sweet! It is true that the lack of density seems to be a common complain about those strains. which is why I'm so pumped to harvest my two zombie kush plants this weekend! Now, THAT'S a dense purple strain! check it out! :D hard as rocks, frosty to ridiculous degrees and even more smelly! Thanks for the nice words!
