trailerparksupervise So this is a new run with Cali Connections Island Punch (Fem) strain in both 5 gal DWC buckets. I will be vegging until I have a nice filled canopy and no higher than 1/3 the max grow height to account for possible 2-3x flower stretch. I have sold my old Phlizon Cob 2000w (410W Real Draw) and replaced it with the Electric Sky ES300. It has a much better spread and is the perfect size to fit and fill my 2x4 grow space. Buckets will always be started from distilled water and dumped and cleaned 1x weekly. Hydroguarding every week with water change and feeding cal mag + armor si with micro/grow/bloom nutes to account for 0ppm starting water. Last run of Wedding Cake / Dosidos from Canuk BOTH hermed on me. I have changed a lot around for this grow and am much more confident. Stay tuned.

trailerparksupervise Week 2, Starting life out ok but seeming to have a little bit of stunted growth. Checked water level and found that it was not close enough to keep the roots wet enough in the rockwool cube. Fixed issue and waited for new growth. Approaching 2" tall by the end of week 2 and zero stretching with my ES300 set around 40" away and abour 30% brightness out of a total of 300w.

trailerparksupervise Week 3 - After a couple days of stunted growth due to low water level, they have snapped back and are growing pretty quickly. They also have very symmetrical growth between the two which shows some solid promising genetics, Unlike what I can say for Canuk seeds.

trailerparksupervise Week 5 - These girls have started to really put on some size and are looking great. They are very dark green in colour and as a new grower did not realize I was probably over feeding nitrogen at this time and it will be corrected in the following weeks or so. Otherwise, these 2 girls are looking to be future beauties!

trailerparksupervise Week 6 - After topping and a huge defoliation, these plants are growing like absolutely mad. The canopy looked as if it had almost doubled in less than 24h after cutting most of its dark green, slightly nitrogen toxic leaves off and letting the new growth flourish. The root mass has more than quadrupled in size in less than a week and is pearly white thanks to the hydroguard and 100% light sealed buckets. These girls are looking super promising ! Very excited for flowering soon.

Hello everyone. I just posted a new grow with all 7 weeks so far of veg under my new electric sky es300. Both plants are island punch by cali connection. Should I switch to 12/12 tonight! 😆

Hells yeah! Personally, I do a 36 hr blackout (to the minute!, Studies show less than 34 and More than 36 have no or negative effects respectively.). Then switch to 1212 immediately afterwards.. my trials have shown a decrease in harvest time without sacrificing yields.. but it's your call...👍 Just time it so you're lights on at your desired time.. Cheers! Keep it Green!

trailerparksupervise Week 1 of veg is complete and looking good so far. The stretch has definitely begun and both girls are showing pre flowers and pistol development. I will be changing water and feeding tomorrow as well as the addition of bud ignitor, big bud and bud candy. I didnt have the bud ignitor for the first week and it is only recommended for weeks 1 and 2, but 1 week is better than none. At the end of week 2 I will be doing a heavy defoliation, likely with some light leaf trimming until then for minimal stress.

trailerparksupervise On to week two of flowering ! The girls are really starting to throw some pistils now. They are still stretching, but seemingly not as much as the first week. They are looking great to the best of my knowledge. I am following a feed guide named "thoms recipe" for advanced nutes 3 part grow. It seems to be working nicely so far as the plants look great and I have zero burnt tips or issues with my leaves. Hoping for a good harvest in 6.5 or so weeks! UPDATE: Did a big undergrowth defoliation, both leaves and stems. Probably should have done it earlier but hey its done now. I am basically going to let them do their thing until the end now and just make sure they're supported and happy.

Is it normal for new growth 10 days into flowering to be lightening in colour? I am new and noticing that it is fairly lighter than previous veg growth before as my nutrient needs and feed has changed. Just want to be safe! Thx 😄

Hey man, new growth looking noticeably lighter in color during flowering is absolutely normal, you'll see this happening on every cannabis plant as far as I know. Dont be concerned about nutrients, your plants are looking extremely happy and healthy. Peace :)

trailerparksupervise Well here we are getting into the third week of flower! This week the plants will be getting a large defoliation from the top down. Basically getting rid of any and all large leaves blocking lower bud growth sites and letting the LEDS penetrate deep into the plant. Theyre starting to get some nice bud production! Things are getting exciting ! Stay tuned for more.

trailerparksupervise Well we are just beginning week 4 now! These girls are really starting to pack some bud weight on. The left plant is certainly a more frosty pheno than the right! It is bigger in EVERY way, has a bigger root mass, more crystals and IMO a nice colour than the right plant. Both are island punch from cali connection, but obviously different phenos. I have taken some early flowering clones from the left plant in case I want to run it again. They have yet to root after 14 days but are still very perky and green so hoping they do eventually root. Cant wait to see the progression over this week. On to week 5 !

trailerparksupervise Wow. Wow wow wow. I am SO happy with how these girls are turning out! These genetics from cali connection are fantastic. They look, smell and im sure will taste amazing! They are getting extremely sticky thanks to the GG lineage and have bright orange hairs as well as lots of purple coming in now! I have read up and seen some other grows of this strain and it is apparently a 10ish week finish! So I still have quite a bit of time for these girls to fully mature and fatten up which is amazing.

trailerparksupervise Check these ladies out!! I am still not seeing very many cloudy trichomes and no ambers as far as I can tell! Especially when looking in person and being able to adjust the focus with the loupe. They still have at least a week - 2 weeks possible to go. I hope they continue to fatten up big time! This grow has been amazingly trouble free thus far and is getting so exciting! Knock on wood it stays that way right until its jarred!

trailerparksupervise WELL! After a long stretch between updates, these girls are just about done with. I am absolutely AMAZED at how they turned out... I could not have asked for better luck with this first grow into flowering. These girls yielded HEAVY and they smell INCREDIBLE! Absolutely caked in cloudy / amber / PURPLE!? trichomes. Many thanks to lots of people that helped me along the way and helped me produce some flower that id never dream I could create. Its only upwards and onwards from here folks, stay tuned ! trailerparksupervise After flushing these girls with pure distilled water for 8 days, they have been chopped. I heard a lot of stories on both sides on whether to dry or wet trim these plants. I ended up going a little crazy and wet trimming the majority of it, but also left a chunk with many leaves to dry trim (and do a final once over dry trim of everything). I also did 48 hours pure darkness before I cut them down, Im not sure if its just bro science or not, but I figured it couldn't hurt! All in all, wow. WOW. HOLY F*** WOW. I cannot believe how they have turned out! So many people say as a new grower - NEVER START WITH DWC, KEEP YOUR NUTES SIMPLE, ETC. I am so glad I started with DWC and I dont think at this point with the knowledge I have gained through this grow that I will EVER go to soil or coco. It just WORKS, and man does it ever PRODUCE! I cannot believe the perceived yields of these two plants !! Just floored with the quality of buds / trichome production / DENSE!! Thanks so much for following my grow! I want to participate in whatever contents I can within GrowDiaries so that maybe I can win some freebies for all my hard work! If you're a seed company / rep, please feel free to reach out if you would like to see some of your genetics possibly run in the future with my setup! THANK YOU EVERYONE!! IM SO STOKED ! I will be sure to update with more info once everything has dried up and I can do a final trim and weight. Hoping to be at least 8 oz dry total, but likely more!

First off let me say WOW, what an AMAZING FIRST GROW! I couldnt have dreamed it could have gone smoother than this! The quality of the final product is far better than I could have ever hoped for, I am EXTREMELY proud of myself! Thanks to all those that helped along the way !! This is an amazing day or night strain! It definitely will give you a strong buzz, but its fairly energetic for the day, while at night it can definitely help you to fall asleep. The buds are extremely caked in trichomes and range from many different shades of green to dark purple! The smoke is very smooth (after a 7 day flush with distilled water in dwc buckets) and has a strong smell of pungent fruit mixed with skunk and maybe a hint of fresh coffee grinds! Using a trim bin, I was able to collect over 20 grams of pure kief! So in total, 11.5 oz between the two plants, 6oz total leftover trim, and over 20 grams of kief, all under 300 Watts of light in a 2x4 space! Pretty amazing! Overall I am SO extremely happy with the quality, yield and apperance. I would give it a 9.5/10 !! 👍👍

trailerparksupervise So overall, this grow has just gone absolutely fantastic from start to finish! I ended up with a huge quantity of what I would consider quad buds on my FIRST grow! I had lots of good help along the way and have learned so much over the course of the last 17 weeks! Thanks again to everyone that helped along the way and HAPPY SMOKING!
