With this being my first Soil/organic grow I decided to keep things simple and just let her grow without any training or additional nutrients outside of 1/2tsp per gal of molasses during flowering. This is a Seedsman 'Big n Fast' strain but I did not see it listed under their choices of strains.
2 weeks from seed and clearly I made the classic rookie mistake of overwatering so growth was slow the start of this week but I've been going 2 days between waterings and her leaves have stopped drooping and I'm seeing steady growth daily so I think we are back on track. I ordered some premade worm compost tea that I'm going give a try so I'm pretty stoked about it. Other than that she is still alive and green so I'm happy. Thanks for looking!
Someone found that Kind Soil this week! The third set of fan leaves stopped a little short but she's green and consistently growing. Thanks for looking!
Christmas came early with an extra set of secondary growth tips :). She went into preflower earlier this week showing some pistils. I've started running Vermis Terra Earthworm compost tea along with 1tsp/gal molasses every other week. Other than that not much to report. She's going to be a short one but will hopefully produce some fat buds.
Very impressed with this girl. The structure could not be more perfect. Those mutated secondaries have risen up even with the main and really stretched out. No training at all. It's as if she knows what's for her own good lol. I can't wait until she starts packing on nugs. Thanks for looking!
I know I said I was going to leave her alone but I just couldn't help but defoliate. She deserves good light penetration all the way down and it shows. She is in the full swing of flower. I cannot wait to see how she fills out! She nearly tripled in size this week!
She's packing on some fat resin coated nugs. I just got my Ju1cebox rosin press in last night and I can't wait for this girl to be cured so I can squish her! Thanks for looking!
Very happy with this run. Great simple strain to grow. 67 days from seed so a very quick plant. Very frosty and sticky. I owe credit to the Kind Soil as well. That was such a laid back growing experience. All jarred up. RH in the jar was around 48% even though I took them off the hanger when the stems were still bendy so I'm a little disappointed about that. With the boveda overnight it's up to 56%. Dried weight was 24.25g and .36g of calyxes I'm going to roll up. The high is a relaxing giggly head high. I would absolutely recommend this strain.
@SlowerLowerGrower, Well if you are a chump I'm a fool. You've done some great work just treating her the right way buddy. Keep on giving her the love she wants. Cheers!
Mine smelled pretty gasy and like a barn late in flowering but she tasted pretty good and after a little curing the barn smell was gone ^^ :D also weren't showing colors like this at all! what a beauty.
@Kvothe, Thank you! I haven't seen any others showing these colors either. I cut a lower bit of larf that's drying at the moment. I'm going to give a little taste test.
