I apologize for missing you a few days but I had problems, in any case the time for the harvest has come, as you can see despite the low temperatures it has grown very well and without problems, it has never suffered from the nutrients even if abundant, it has a spectacular smell, it also seems a little citric to me. Now I will dry it and let you know how it will be smoked and tasted, soon.
