Hi. I'm pretty convinced that the soil is no good!
Why is there so much perlite in there? That's one. Second, what's up with the drainage and what kind of water is that!?

Looks like a zinc and nitrogen deficiency (late stages), in the second week from the photo - deficiency in the medium stage. The edges of the old leaves are burning. Bro, the watering solution in veg is PH 5.5-5.6.
