Transplanted on day 10 since the roots were popping through the bottom of the cup a bit!
Moistened the soil as I was throwing it into the 5gal so I didnt water it at all after the move. Watered it finally 2 days after so 6 days since the last water total and it's like she woke up the next morning! I didnt even think she was drooping but the soil was dry to my second knuckle and felt light.

Hello ,I put my white 99 down in August 26 of this year and I still have not got flowers can you tell me what I might be doing wrong I believe I’m hitting the flower stage now
