OK here goes attempt number 2 with the skittlez auto from fastbuds genetics, in a single pot DWC system. Last run didn't go too bad, I 100% made some mistakes, overfeeding amongst others. Hoping to learn from those and get a better run this time along with some more potent buds. Originally I was going to run girl scout cookies but the seed just didn't wanna pop! It was a freebie so put it down to quality rather than my methods. The fastbuds seeds seem to germinate really well, 100% rate so far!
So I would say I am around the end of week one of being in the pot, roots have been popping out everywhere over the last few days, bit of a slow stater but she seems to be flying along now so happy days!

Week 2.topped this one as the last zkittles run grew quite tall and I was struggling for space. I know people don't usually top autos but we shall see how she goes from here 🤞 Feed is up to 2ml per L of hydrogrow and 1ml per L of cal-mag. Can't figure out what is causing the symptoms on the leaves, exactly the same as on the last run. I'm now thinking maybe Ph fluctuations, I check it pretty often and it doesn't seem to swing wildly up and down. Any help appreciated!

Missed the update last week, she seems to be coming along well now.
I've topped this one to see how she goes seems to be taking to it. Upped the feed to 3ml/l, keeping it simple this time though with the feed and seems to be doing well, was having earlier issues with ph fluctuation. Will get the report for the current week up later this evening, with some pics!

End of week 4. Still looking good, seem to have the pH fluctuations under control and she seems nice and healthy 🌱 she is showing signs of switching to flower so hopefully some nice juicy buds in 8 weeks! Keeping it simple with minimal additives seems to be working so far🤞

Missed the update last week, this is week 6 or week 2 of flower. All looking good, stable ph really healthy looking canopy. Roots looking healthy too and growing every day. Happy with progress so far fingers crossed for some big buds!

End of week 9, been slow on the diary with all the corona madness. All looking good she seems to be fattening up well, roots still growing like crazy. Fingers crossed for some good quarantine stockpile 😂

The diary fell by the wayside over the last few weeks with all this corona plandemic madness going on so missed a few weeks of updates. Lost a bank of leds on my mars hydro light so had to swap it out for a 600w hps which was a bit much for my small tent so temps were hard to control. Definitely feels like a nighttime smoke, bit of a couch locker! Not a massivmy strong smell or taste but the effects are there! Going to try a different breeder for the next run, not 100% sold on the genes of the fastbuds skittles after 2 runs of the same strain
This run was better than the last, same strain less nutes and more care, but still didn't produce the nice stinky sticky buds I was expecting. I'm going for a lemon venom on my next run so hopefully this will yield a more flavourful smoke 👍
Plants are looking great, Do you find the Fast buds responds well too Lst and topping? I super cropped mine this time or others call it mainlining, similar too topping, Zkittlez from fastbuds has exploded in growth since I did this. Check my diaries out if you get a chance. Happy growing
@Bashgrowsitall1989, hey dude, This will be the first time I've topped an auto from fastbuds but seems to have taken well to it! She is on the turn to flower now so hopefully 8 weeks of nice growth to come. I don't top the last run I done, small bit of LST but she got way too tall as I only have a small growspace. This run is much shorter due to topping and LST so fits the growspace nicely with plenty of height left to use up in the last stretch. I had some real issues with ph fluctuations on the last run too but I seem to have it under control this time!

Congrats on the new baby. Exciting every single time. Love seeing dwc grows with autos. Many to scared to it (self included). Keep doing what your doing and best of luck moving forward growmie
@Denzul, cheers bro, always exciting times getting a new baby to sprout! Loving the DWC so far, really good fun to do and much less messy than soil! She was a slow starter this one, but seems to be flying along now!
