15th Jan 2pm: Prepared soil mix today each pot contains roughly 6L Canna Terra Pro, 3L Perlite, 50g Guanokalong, 50g EWC, 30g Charge Frass, 1tbsp Mykos. > I then added 1.5L of the nutrient mix below to this mix in a bucket, I mixed it all together by hand with 2L - 0.5ml/L Voodoo Juice - 0.5ml/L Hydroguard - 1ml/L More Roots - 4ml/L Humic Acid Plus - PH6.3 EC250 I’ve put the heater on and will start to monitor temp I’m aiming for 20c ambient temp during germination. Humidity is an issue it was 12% in there at one point ______________________________________ 17th Jan 6pm: Germinating started 6 seeds. dipped in Humic acid then placed on paper towel on a plastic plate with cling film then placed in a cupboard under tv (warm) ______________________________________ 18th Jan 10am: Granted it’s only been 16hrs, nothing to report except the source of heat went off and it got slightly cold last night. First day of frost all winter had to be when I was germinating... Anyhow all seeds planted in there pots with plastic on top to keep humidity in. I’ve got a night off, so I can check on them for 48hrs. ______________________________________ 19th Jan 6pm: It’s now been 48hrs, I took the clingfilm off as I suspect all seeds should have germinated under the soil by now. Doing it this way without seeing a tap root really is roulette :-/ ______________________________________ 20th Jan 10am: Syringe used to water only 50ml to each pot, squirted in around the seed not directly onto it but about 5cm radius around the seed hole. All seeds look like they are about to break surface. ______________________________________ 21st Jan 10am: 4 seeds broke surface other 2 are on there way up spraying surface with water humidity is RH 20% but that’s because it’s cold here and inside the tent is 20c. ______________________________________ 22nd Jan 6pm: Day 1 All seedlings watered with 150ml Syringe of distilled water (I want to give the mycorrhizae chance spawn on the roots before any harder water is added close to stem around 5cm radius. Tomorrow I will repeat with 300ml per pot 10cm Radius from stem ______________________________________ 24th Jan 1pm: Day 3 All seedlings watered with 1L of Nutrients: - CalMag Xtra 0.5ml/L - Voodoo Juice 0.5ml/L - More Roots 1ml/L EC0.4, Ph6.0 temp20c The reason for using Voodoo juice is because we want the Mykos to populate the roots before adding any Living Organics, containing Trichoderma fungi. The Living Organics from Green Buzz Liquids will be added in week 3 and that’s when we expect some serious development! The beauty of using Organic Nutrients is the Amendments in the soil come to full Use!

Generic update all diaries for week 2. For me what I’ve found is providing you’re watering practices are good things start to speed up around week 3, sometimes I’ve had plants at the end of week 2 looking like the end of week 3 but hey ho that’s how it goes. 8th Feb Day 18 - Northern Lights I’m almost fed up of saying the word legend... how many legends can there be. As of yet haven’t watered for 4 days giving them a dry spell until the pots are all light then I plan to give them 1L each containing everything bar the base nutes. Watching that leaf colour for any signs of deficiency. ______________________________________ 17th Feb Day 27 9pm: first feed was 1.5L of nutrients listed below. After feeding the girls I then preformed some LST. Primarily the reason for using Rhizotonic is to reduce stress and aid in the rooting before we start fruiting ;) Also added some terminator for a slight boost of K as they haven’t had any liquid K for a week now, however they look healthy and growth is steady. - 0.5m/L CalMag Xtra - 1ml/L Growzyme - 1ml/L Rhizotonic - 1ml/L Humic Acid - 1ml/L Terpinator PH6.5 EC0.5 @21c I’m providing a second feed of 0.5L to each plant using a large string to ensure the edges of the soil are soaked fully as I’m going away for 3 days, leaving tomorrow. Naturally I will be worrying about my babies but in the light of things when I get back they should be bigger. Expecting some stretching to happen very soon. 23rd Feb Day 33 Update - it’s been another 5 days since last feed all pots were light. I’m seeing some flower development on the tops of some of the girls, but all of them have reached maturity showing staggered branching and pistils just waiting for the stretch to happen! 7pm: 2L to each pot, making sure to soak as much of the pot as possible. - 0.5ml/L Silicon Max - 1m/L CalMag Xtra - 0.5ml/L Voodoo Juice - 2ml/L More Roots - 1ml/L Growzyme - 2ml/L Humic Acid - 2ml/L Bloom Liquid PH6.4 EC1.0 @24c

Update: Sorry it’s been long overdue... so things have been a little rough here won’t go into details. Aside from the obvious Coronavirus epidemic! our lives are complex journeys, that are only unique to us. So without boring you anymore. The nitty gritty, I haven’t been watering enough, this has caused deficiency’s looks mainly like Magnesium, but N uptake has been poor too. Nevertheless things are ok buds don’t look too dense. But since dropping the LED down to 18 inches from canopy things have improved. I always say I like a nice yellow plant in soil before harvest. Update: Seeing some nice crystal development on all my girls, gave them all a little flush with boosters no base nutes. Next week using nutrients again till flush, lower Ec and CalMag. Update: As we’re nearing the end... the colors are changing, the smells are enhancing, the beauty is progressing. I’m trying to shine a light on the positives in this current sea of negatives. I’ve learned that having the LED to far away produces weak yields in comparison. Also I think because it was still cold when the stretch started the light temp was not enough to signal flowering at a normal rate. All plants started flowering around week 5-6. Usually my plants flower week 3-4 so it put me back a little.
