Purple Kush

Day 1 The transplant! All 3 Purple Kush! These 3 had been through the ringer so to speak when it came down to transplanting them from CoCo Soil mix. Washed them in a bucket with water so as not to have anything clogging the sprayers. Not much left of the roots. Lets see if they will Live Or Die! Stay Gorilla Glue'd on your Purple Kush for future updates!!!! Day 3 So far 2 might make it I have noticed PPM going up slowly but PH remains constant about a liter or so down. I will take a clip soon if she . Well lets pass that joint when we get there.😎

Into week 4 and one lives the other 2 cloned! and Erased. Who would of thought the one that looked the worst lived! I have a few Young ones coming into the Den courtesy of Original Sensible Seeds. Check it out! Have a great day!😎

Week 5 is here and this Kush is finally starting to bushy up so to speak. The Deep purple stem is fading which I believe is a good sign. Her Trunk is a little larger than a pencil so she will be a thick one come harvest. As you can see I use washers ( different sizes for weight) attaching them to wires or ties. Moving them down the branch. All stems grow upwards like individual plants and doubling or more your harvest. I prefer this method because the stem builds strength holding up all the washers so when i remove the washers I don't have to do too much branch support When she builds her large scrumptious Buds lol. if that makes sense? Build a good strong foundation before you flower or your just wasting time and power.😎

Not to much going on with this old girl she is struggling but has lots of nice roots below so I am predicting she might make it but she will probably be a small harvest.

Well she is still alive but recovering slowly. building her leaves up and filling in a little. The root structure below is getting large now so she should start coming around. I was tempted to yank her out and replacing her with something else. She likes to suck the water out of my reservoir sending my PPM's upwards, so I am hoping she will come around soon and start behaving 😎

Well i couldn't let it happen, she looked so bad and i was afraid she might have an infection so i pulled her last week and shot her into a pot of COCO. I am putting a new strain BLACKBERRY AUTO into her spot on the hive. One week look at the difference. YOU ARE AMAZING ME SWEETIE. I put the whole container with the plant into the pot otherwise i might have killed her for sure. she looked to have a pretty good solid root formation so I don't think she suffered more shock this time around.😎

Into week 9 of this veggie roller coaster grow. she is really responding now and is in full bush. A couple of weeks more and off to flower power.

Bushing up and enjoying her individual container separate from the hive she was once on. she is loving it but it's my belief she will be a small nugget harvest - Time will tell.😎 The last few days before I turn to flower mode.

Into flower with the light cycle change. she filled in a bit and i am now starting the Lollypop phase a little at a time over the next week or so. She is a fighter so hopefully her buds a hard as bullets.😎

2nd week into flower and she is doing great so far. Hopefully she produces some nice bud she is starting to show hairs now so the buds should start showing up soon.

Starting 3rd week of flower and going to add some bloom enhancers with the next feeding , did a little trimming down below and she is bare legged now.😎

Buds are now are very noticeable with lots of bud sites. Because this is a mother bark is formed on the lower main trunk and branches. Hopefully she is hard budded at harvest.

Finishing off week 4 of flower and she is starting to stack up the bud. I keep rotating this pot since she is a distance away from the light source.😎

She is packing and stacking. The stem is getting filled in with bud. Not bad for and old girl(Mother) that is coming to the end of the line. But she did carry a few baby girls before she got the Flip to flower😎

She is producing some nice buds for the old girl. Her structure is unlike the others as hers is wooded being her trunk and stems given her few year age😎.

23-5 No news on this one other than it is producing Buds.

This is a great strain to grow if you are a novice. It takes a lot of punishment(clone Cutting) to the point of no return and just when you think she is dead she comes back to life and puts out a few bud to boot. This is a mother that has spent her life giving kids. Time to put her into jars. I won't have this strain on my next grow but it was a pleasure growing her for a few sessions.
