You may have noticed there are four plants in this raised bed. Ghost train haze is lower right, Durban poison lower left, Cinderella 99 upper right and super surfer haze upper left. This is my first time growing 12 week sativa's. Two are 12 week and 2 are 10 week flower cycles. I find that veg is one of my favorite stages, more hands on with training and this helps me relax. The worrisome flower stage can get hectic if problems arise and I'm not home to fix it.

Great growth over the last 9 days. Looks like i had a runaway with my blumat watering system, the container show signs of a high water level. Not only was i lucky i didn't flood my grow room, the container held that water so the plants could still get there water.

As I work away from home, this week I'm away. This picture is from my last day at home. The growth over the next ten days should reach the net and with luck not need any super cropping. Got home from work to see that the tops were nice poking through my scrog net. Started training all of them over to the right side as there is an extra 18 inches on that side. Also while taking out the garbage i noticed that my exhaust duct wasn't really blowing. After investigating i found that the bug screen in the duct was clogged with dust and what not. It pays to always walk down your system before starting a new crop. Looking at my water system I am seeing that it is not big enough anymore. The blumats are working as advertised but since it's gravity fed my reservoir needs to be a minimum of 3 feet above my soil. This makes it difficult to have a larger reservoir. So in next weeks update i will build a self filling reservoir with level switches. Parts are ordered.

So as I'm not home this week i will just update what i did on my last day home. I added another reservoir, put a pump in it and a fill hose up into my main reservoir (which is 4 feet off the floor to gravity feed my blumat system). Installed a JB and wired in my pump and 2 level switches. They are wired in series with the switches in the normally closed position so the water level will break or make the circuit. Switch 1 is in the main reservoir to call for water and switch 2 is in my spill tray to stop a potential runaway from happening. After getting everything filled to the levels i wanted i did a test run and it worked great. Unfortunately i didn't look closely enough at the specs on the switches and #1 burnt out because it's meant for dc power not ac. My bad , so i hooked up a timer set it for 2 minutes a day as i didn't have time to fix it. I decided that it was a good time to flip over to flower and I'm going with 13/11 lighting schedule see if there's any difference. Happy growing

Buds are really starting to take shape. A little flower flood should help out. The deficiency seems to have mostly cleared up. A little Epsom salt and a lower ph of water seems to be the trick.

Well the self quarantine has led to me micro management of my crop. It did need some attention. Each week the buds are getting bigger and connecting closer together. I am feeding them a bud booster bio nova 0-13-14 this week. I also built a co2 generator which should up my parts per million.

Week ten and the tricombs are filling in nicely. Buds are connecting nicely and the smell is really telling a story. Then i look to the left and FUUUUUUUCCCCCCKKKKKKK my Durban poison has hermied some how and instead of making beautiful crystals it's making seeds. I found one tiny pollen sack on it. I sprayed it down with water and removed it. Now i am combining through every inch of my garden. No more pollen sacks but Durban poison is doomed to make hermied babies.

Week 11 big hole left in my raised bed. Durban poison had to get chopped, to many balls and making seeds instead of tricombs. Ghost train is a very strong strain. All the clones taken from her are thriving. Cant say the same for the other 3 varieties. As of now there is 5 weeks left on this long flowering Ghost train.

Amazing strain bro! If i’m not mistaken, it’s the strain from which PEDANIOS (a strain that countries buy for their medical marijuana program) was made! Will grow it for sure! Check me out bro! Thanks
