A couple weeks late starting a journal for my first grow with GSC, but here it goes!! So far so good with these, just started feeding Growbig 3ml/gal every other water and reaction has been great. No signs of nutrient burns, so I will increase Growbig to 5ml/gal next feeding. Began LST training for GCSE2 today, leaving GCSE1 to develop naturally.
Had to skip last week's entry due to a prolonged stay by my mother in law. in the mean time the ladies have flourished. Fed every watering with 15 ml/g of Grow Big without any signs of nutrient burn. These ladies are hungry. Just switched the nutrients to 1ml/g Grow Big and added 5ml/g of Tiger Bloom. So far so good. GSCE 2 is responding really well to LST. GSCE 1 is short and super bushy with huge fans. I took fans off of both to try get more light and promote more growth. Hopefully I'll see more stretch in #1. Preflower time!!!
Really great progress this week. Saw a lot of growth from both plants. GSCE 1 is beginning to stretch more and more each day. It had become very bushy, so I defoliated her a bit. Flowers on GSCE 1 are becoming more distinct. GSCE 2 has stretched out more this week. Flowers are coming in with vigor, responding well to the new nutes. I didn't change anything more with the LST, and since Im happy with the width and height of GSCE 2 I am going to do little to no more LST. Both plants are on a teaspoon and a half (7.5ml/per gaL) of Tiger Bloom currently. These girls are hungry so I'm definitely upping the Tiger Bloom in the feeds to come. Im using the 2 feeds/1 water ratio for my feeding and watering schedule.
Good week over all. GSCE1 is still not stretching very much and is super bushy. Did some more defoliating to get more light to the bud sights. GSCE2 is rocking!! Responding really well to the nutrients. Going to increase the amount of nutrients next week.
Great growth and flower production from GSCE 2 this week. GSCE 2 is still a little runty and bushy but hopefully the flowers will pick up some steam. I upped the nutrients a little this week by adding KoolBLoom. So far GSCE 2 is loving all of it. Trichromes are coming in and she seems really happy.
So so week. GSCE 1 is starting to bulk up tight compact buds. GSCE 2 is looking worrisome. I think it's a slight nutrient blockout so I'm slowing down on nutrients and water with a higher PH balance.
