This girl was a freebie and I'm going to try bioponic grow and some other stuff with her. I'm growing with leftover stuff and not going to put much effort on her atleast for now. Hopefully she will grow on her own and my experiment will be a succes! Day 5 Growing slowly but looking healthy for now.

I'm testing how will she grow when I just let her be with something in the reservoir Day 9 Shes not lookin' healthy but I hope she will heal herself soon. I have few more plants in the same system and they are not showing these symptoms so not going to do anything about it. Day 12 Getting worse so I might have to add some nutes or maybe change the whole profile of them to her back to health. Foliar feeding with base nutes would be a possibility. Day 13 Today I made foliar spray with solution of calcium nitrate and solution of epsom salt combined. Lets see how she reacts. I really don't know whats wrong with her so I'm just testing what happens when I do something in these random situations. So this is just learning Day 14 Covered the hydro with black and white plastic to get more out of my system. Also changed the whole reservoir with new nutes and fresh water. This should help my girl alot. Ec 1.0 pH 5.7 Also planted two more seeds, just in case this one does not make it.

Week Day 15 Sad looking little fella but still alive. I changed my waters and washed the hydroton to remove any salts etc. Lets see what happens Day 17 Growing slowly and I think she will be okay after this first shock. What I understand is that cannabis is called weed 'cos it'll grow just like one and can survive almost anything and that's why I'm believing in her and ofc my growing skills 😇😅 Day 19 All good!!

Can someone tell me what is this? I think the reason is that my nutrients are not balanced but I have no clue what deficiency this is, It could be so much easier to know the reason for this if I know what this is. pH pretty stable 5.8 Ec 1.5. Thanks!

Seedlings can usually thrive with nothing but water, air and sunlight. although you have gone very light.. it still could be too much.. Plaquedgardens is most likely correct.

Week 4 Day 22 They are growing pretty slow but they did not have the best start so it might explain something an hopefully this one is late bloomer 😉 Day 28 I think that the other one is just bad pheno or something 'cos shes the only one showing those symptoms and the younger one looks just fine 😕

Week 6 Day 36 Both growing but the older one is struggling a lot and I have no idea what to do. Ill let her be and see what happens Day 39 I think that the older one is just really bad genetics and she is suffering from too wet soil/Too low oxygen in root zone. I will let her grow just for the fun and the younger is growing normally. Day 42 Older one is getting out of what shes having and now that the symptoms are not so bad on the upper leaves I think she's suffering form potassium, Magnesium and calcium deficiency. What caused this is a mystery but it most definitely was not the nutrients. Maybe huge shock early on or something.. 😕

Week 7 - Older one was getting better and I decided to top her just to see how she reacts. I know she was too weak for it but I have enough vegging plants to play with this one. Day 47 Both girls topped and I accidentally (While high obviously) cracked one main stem and I tried to damage the other side too to compensate but I was using too much force and now both main stems are broken so I don't know if she will make it. The other one is looking really crappy too xD Growing everyday and she will make it to flowering but with that much struggle the yield aint much.

Week 10 Day 68 Girls look actually quite happy and they have started to grow. I'm not sure when I switch to flowering in the tent, but maybe little under two weeks and by then these should be almost decent sieze and I believe I will even get some yield of off them! :)

Week 11 These girls have recovered fully from all that HUGE stress that I have been giving to them. (Some was intentional and some not..) This week I have been doing some HST and LST 'cos I want to spread em out a little and also I decided to make them more bushy. These girls have started to grow now! We shall see what they shall produce

I have three different strains growing in 60cm x 120cm (2ft x 4ft) grow tent with 580W power from QB and Cree leds and I'm using additional CO2 straight from 10kg bottle. I'm trying to maintain 1500PPM CO2 levels by feel and my controller and solenoid valve should arrive next week. Flowering week 1 I've been giving lots of CO2 straight from the bottle and next week my solenoid valve and controller should arrive so I can keep the CO2 constantly in 1500PPM. The temps in the tent are almost 30C all the time so it is the optimal with the added CO2. I realized I have been giving WAY too much Magnesium 'cos I somehow forgot how much magnesium Epsom salt contains. 1g/l Epsom salt (MgSO4) has ~200PPM Mg and 260PPM S so my 1g/l was too much and that is the reason for that early calcium def tool. I had been pretty lazy and my reservoir was almost empty and EC rose to 3.3 but I filled it up with new nutes and now EC 2.3 pH 5.9 Its crazy how these girls seems to handle any kind of situation without barely even showing any symptoms, or maybe I just know how to treat he ladies 😉🌲❤️

Week 3 of flower Same same but different. I cant but laugh how simple this run has been so far. No need to adjust anything between reservoir fillings and I have not changed waters at all in this grow. Bacteria and all seems to be pretty helpful Stretch seems to be over and now the plant is focusing energy on bud growth.

Week 5 of flower. So I found few balls on the other "girl" and it has pollinated some parts. I did not yet chop her down 'cos I think I found them all and the damage is already done.. I will watch them closely every day to check if any more balls appear. Other than that they look pretty nice and smell good.

Flowering week 7 Buds and seeds are developing nicely.. In these girls there is going to be a whole lot of seeds but still the tops seems to be somewhat unaffected so I will get some good smoke out of these and all the seeded stuff will go to hash.

8th week of flowering I think this these are the last 7-10 days for these plants now. Lot's of seeds probably and not so much yield so the ones that hermied acted kinda like seed trappers too. It's still smokable and looks decent so learning experience if nothing else!

HARVEST TIME! - 64 days at 12/12 So I had three different strains growing in the same tent and in the same hydro setup and I divided my whole setup with three to give little bit more accurate info about every strain in the tent. SETUP Lights: 2xCREE CXB3590 50W 1x240W Quantum board with far red, UR and IR 2x120W Quantum board with far red Tent Sinowell 60cm x 120cm x 210cm Hydro DIY Drip/Ebb & Flood with 90l water reservoir and 60l root zone filled with hydroton This second grow in the books was a whole lotta easier than the first. I used pure salts as nutrients and whole lotta additives from different companies and I only changed the water from the rez when I started flushing the girls. I did not adjust the pH or anything else between the topping of the rez. It was so stable all the time that it kinda makes me laugh how good it was! The whole growing cycle I only topped the reservoir with fresh water, nutrients and additives and tried to understand what nutrients was eaten by the plants and top accordingly. I also tested the phosphorus myth from Advanced Nutrients (https://issuu.com/advancednutrients/docs/advanced_nutrients_magalog_2017/137) and I tried to keep my phosphorus level under 60PPM at all times and only used mycorhizzae to provide the needed phosphorus. I did not run in to any major problems with these girls and they looked happy the whole time and my ec was 1.5-3.5 the whole time but still no burn or def/tox nute burn, nothing. I also used an CO2 bottle and controller and tried to maintain >1300PPM CO2 levels the whole floering cycle while my temps were at 28-30 all the time.
