Just got a second light (Mars Hydro TS1000) to cover this 4 by 4 Tent. I don’t know if i should harvest, i don’t have a magnifier, but i have one o the way. Let know know what you think.
These plants were started their flush 3 days ago, continuing to flush today & I will be chopping them down in a few days depending to the trichomes.
a couple of these plants' leading bud site were bent over to bring down the lighting closer to the surrounding bud sites.
Hoping for a nice size harvest for my first grow!
So I was very impressed with the yield for my first grow, everything went almost perfect even with the couple mistakes I made. I had no diseases or pests at all, which also helped. During the Flower and cure, the smells coming from this plants is VERY sweet, lemon, citrus, it smells amazing. the taste so far is great also, can't want to taste it in a couple weeks.
So I was very impressed with the yield for my first grow
What did I learn?
so I Learned the importance of LST and staying o top of it, also the importance of not letting the medium dry all the way out because it will cause Ph fluctuations. another mistake I made was that I did not switch the nutes from veg to flower, so they were not getting everything they needed at the times they needed them. The last thing is lighting, I had 1 1000w blurple led light (and that was for a 4by4) and I finally got another 1000w at about week 9 to properly fill out the tent, so I'm excited to see what I can do with both lights and next grow. I also only used GH 3 part nutes and cal mag, it did great, but I'm planning on adding in a few things next grow so stay tuned.
