So this week I decided that I was going to repot the two autos in smaller pots. It was difficult because coco is quite dry and it just goes everywhere, so what I ended up doing was cutting the fabric pot off the plant. I found it easier and it did minimal disturbance to the roots, I am expecting I slight stunt in growth because of this. We’re just have to wait and see. They will also be getting LST this week.
So this last few days have been a big curve for me.
I’ve had to move the grow to a colder part of the house and they went into cold shock and all there leaves pointed down and stopped growing, they also went a pale colour so I gave them all an Biosys instant tea by ecothrive Which has brought them back and they seem to be on the right track now.
This week has shown me that I need to be feeding more as they all got very hungry. So I made a strong tea from biosys ecothrive. Then added honey, teabag leaves and coffee for the extra npk and a catalyst for microbiomes in the medium. They’ve responded better than I imagined huge amount of growth and the smell has kicked up a notch.
Had a lot of growth this past week and I’ve also not been feeding enough as these girls have started to fade at the bottoms so I’ve given them a dose of non organic nutrients to help give them that boost for the flowering phase. Temps and humidity have settled and they are loving it!
Bud sites everywhere now, I’m hoping these are gonna yield over 100grams to see me through this epidemic that we’re all going through right now. They’ve all been great genetics to run, I’ve learned a lot from these girls and realised just how nitrogen hungry they can be and also how cal mag is essential because coco seems to hold onto it if it’s not added in.
So I’ve only just realised how little these girls have been fed, I’ve just done a 10% run off and they had a low EC of 0.8 so I’ve just given them a high feed, hopefully I should see some difference in the plants over the next few days. I did this simply because they haven’t put on any weight and I’ve done my dates and they’re all @8 weeks and 4 days and they look more like 5 weeks to me, I’ve been over cautious of over feeding that I actually underfed. My bad lesson learned
I was hoping they would be done by now but after looking up all these strains I’ve found that more often than not, they take a long time to finish. The breeders state 70-75 days. I’m currently on day 65 so I hope to
See a massive difference in the next week. With what’s going on in the world I’ve had a lot of police about the area and also the little pricks from around the area sniffing about. So I need the girls to Finish up ASAP 😂
Plant were moved into a greenhouse for a week of hot sun, but the humidity at night and temps weren’t gonna be a good enough to finishing these plants it would have most likely given them mould issues ect but they’re all fine and back in the tent. I’ve now looked the strains up and they all have great resilience to outdoor weather and mould 😂 I’m hoping they won’t go past 14 weeks because this has felt like forever to grow lol but it is my first official grow.

The smell on week 10-11 is like a orange yogurt which is fine by me
This stain was not as orangey as I expected it’s more like a bitter peel smell really but didn’t really remind of a cannabis smell. I loved the growth on this one it was the perfect build and size just a shame that I didn’t quite get what I was looking for in the taste and smell
I think this strain is a brilliant beginner strain because it was easy to grow and never had any problems the only thing that lets it down is the taste and potency but that is very likely to my own error somewhere
@DeepRootGrows, cheers mate 👍🏼 This is my first proper grow and out of the 3 this has been been the best performer! Not too big like the zkittlez OG and not too small like the stardawg 😂 also smells the best in my opinion smells hashy with a sweet citrus
