These plants started off poorly, I started them off in rapid rooters soaked with rapid start under a 100w equivalent T5, I don’t think they liked it very much as they all popped up with deficiencies from the get go. I have switched to using Jack’s 321 instead of Lucas formula because I have other grows and it seems very simple to keep up with multiple plants in various stages with this nutrient line. I started feeding them full strength on Friday it’s now been a few days and they look better though still not perfect, but they have grown a lot in size and are recovering well. For those curious everything except hydroguard is meant to be weighed in grams, but that isn’t an option so I had to use mL.

I just defoliated before the picture, these plants are a little finicky but I think they’re going to turn out alright. I have been having humidity issues out of nowhere I think it’s due to the weather around here recently but I can’t buy a humidifier right now sadly but I plan to after this experience. I think that’s my issue at the moment I hope to fix it at least for the grow I’m starting at the moment. They’re already showing sex on week 3 so these are definitely growing fast.

They’re getting a little bigger which is a relief. I was kind of concerned with their size up to this point, I still think they’re a little small but it is what it is. I wanted to SCROG but they already have big preflower and when they were so tiny before I didn’t even know where to start. I wanna figure out what to do about the taller plants so my canopy will be more even

This week was great!! I got so much new explosive growth it’s unbelievable. Two of the plants seem to be lagging behind but I think they’ll start flowering soon, if not I might throw them into a different room for 12 hours of darkness to help initiate flower. Earlier this week I had used a trellis net to use as kind of an LST device, I took it off at this point because I think the plant will continue to grow as it is, all the bent parts have become tougher so I don’t think they’ll move back. There’s some major bending on one plant though lol. Also kind of cool I have a double headed nug! It’s two colas in one which is dope to see. The same plant also has a tiny nug on one of it’s fan leaves. I am excited for this harvest after this week, it’s a lot different growing this strain from the previous one I think it’s to due with the harvest time on these. These girls haven’t had any health issues since the earlier weeks, they’re chugging along well now and looking beautiful.

Haven’t done anything special this week just let ‘em ride! They’re growing well bud production seems to be ramping up. The final two plants changed to flower finally which I’m very thankful for. I can see pink popping into the buds it’s truly beautiful, I don’t smell much of anything yet, I haven’t even attached my carbon filter at this point, so hopefully that ramps up. It mentions not to use bloom boosters and stuff or it could mess up the aromas or this, so it’s gotten nothing but base nutes and photosynthesis plus in hopes to make the true blueberry flavors come out. Blueberry is one of my favorite strains, these plants are showing like 2-3 different pheno characteristics so I’m hoping one of them is what I’m looking for. I’ll have to eventually find the breeder who sells the blueberry I’ve always loved though. Fastbuds is great though, these have been pretty resilient. I overthought a lot during this grow, since it is my second grow I wanted to make everything PERFECT and I think I ended up stunting them early with light stress that I mistook for humidity problems and cutting leaves off when I shouldn’t have. Yet here they still are, some plants have less flower spots than others but I am expecting a bountiful harvest despite my errors. I’m considering buying more of these seeds to give them a second try.

This week was mostly smooth, but with the virus issues I’ve been pretty busy trying to finish things up at work and transitioning to online classes, so I missed a watering this week and one of the plants suffered for it, oddly enough only one though. Other than that it’s been a solid week, seeing some good growth on everything and the later flowering plants are really booming up now. I wish I didn’t stunt the others earlier so I could’ve grown them all to that full potential. They’re starting to get some smell to them, I finally attached my carbon filter, but prior to now it’s been absolutely nothing. These are really compact plants, really fast, and don’t smell very strong, so far it seems like a perfect choice for stealth growing if you’re interested in doing that. Expecting 2-3 more weeks on most of these bad girls.

The late flowering plants are getting HUGE I wasn’t expecting to see such sizable plants from autos, everything else is going along as expected. Two short stacks but nothing wrong with that. The scents have started to come out more and there’s a strong berry scent, definitely smell the blueberry in there.
