Setback: Unfortunately the watering solutions were mixed up and the solution made for mature plants was given to all the seedlings. They were stunted and got pretty severe nute burn, but are starting to turn around. I would say this probably set everything back at least a week, maybe two. Light switched to 24/0 to account.
