Spraying clean water at night could remove some kinds of bugs (Move your plant outside your closet when the light is off, spray the leafs with only pure water, then move them back into the closet). However some bugs won't go away unless you use chemical products, which is really not recommended if flowering has begun. Good luck with this baby !

what kind of bugs? If it’s mites there won’t be much you can do this late into flower but. They look pretty close anyway. Hopefully they aren’t inside the buds and still on the outer and lower portions of the plant? Not much to go on but I’ll hope for the best for you

At this stage of flowering it's too late to spray anything, on them. Just harvest them now
