Hello friend. Although your plant seems relatively healthy, browning on the tips of leaves is a common indication that your plant is ‘stressed’. Most commonly brown leaf lips are an indication of not getting enough water. When using hydroponic medium it is very important to make sure there’s an area that retains moisture long enough for the roots to get it in. Although the underwatering is the most common reason there is a multitude of other possibilities to keep in mind when treating browning leaves: 1. There may be something constricting root growth. This happens most frequently when using pot or container grown plants, but can happen with plants in the ground aswell. To aid this problem either increase watering or replant the plant so that the roots have more room to grow. 2. Your medium may not have enough ability to retain water. I can see you are using hydroponics so what I’d do is use something like a Rockwell cube at the base of your plant in order to help retain moisture for a bit longer. (If you are already doing this obvi skip this problem.) 4. Lastly it may be due to root damage. Whether that’s from overwatering or ‘flooding’, or due to medium compaction there’s only a couple things you can do about a damaged root system. Either you can get nutrients that are specific for the root system, you can change the watering routine, or worst case senario you may have to consider transplanting to a different medium (which is not likely because your plant actually looks quite healthy). Anyways, growmie, I hoped some of this information solves your problem! And happy growing my friend. 😊
