This week i start to use little bit of pk 13/14 (1 ml/3 litre).
I will trim lightly any big fan leaves close on top that are block light to the bottom (leaves with long stem and buds from that leaves are growth enough)
Gradual harvest based on trichome checking is a fairly standard practice. Make sure to check the top and bottom of each cola in multiple spaces before deciding if a branch should be taken.

@PigBearMan, thank you for your suggestion, i was entering the flowering stage just 5 days after switch 12/12, i could see first pistils at that time. I used boost right before switching 0.5 ml/ litre. Now my all girls have many pistils, then i increase to 1.5 ml/ litre.
@Fergie, that's what i though too bro. Yesterday i feed little more dyna bloom just dyna bloom and it was good. I think it will growth more, so i will defoliation right time before use pk 13/14 2-3 days right bro ? 😎
Looks like those bud sites are really starting to plump up now. Should be very interesting to see what happens with these girls in their next few weeks of flower. This looks so beautiful. You should be immensely proud of the results you are going to achieve here.
