My pH was too high for a few weeks but I've lowered it slowly using a mild dose of pH down, was still way too high, I tried lemon juice from a real live lemon lol a few drops in my water lowered the pH but the soil pH was still too high and she was beginning too show signs of deficiencies. All new growth was totally yellow and rusty patches on older fan leaves. I eventually used a few drops of white vinegar in my water to correct the pH, the water from my tap is 10 sometimes higher 🤮 I use rain water as much as possible 👍
After weeks of my plant looking like a pieball pony(two toned), she has finally greened up all over🙏 no nutrients added, just proper pH water released what was already in the soil.
Lesson learned, pH is not a joke
@Lovemabud, thanks mate👍 she surely is a beast.. I'm so tempted to defoliate a bit.. but I'm not.
I topped her at the beginning to get a good foundation. The buds are swelling like crazy now, she's seriously stocky with about 20 big bud sites forming😁 the smell is flowing through my house and it's torturing me little by little each day it gets more intense
@bioaccessory, the candles are to help dry out the air at the bottom of the growtent, I had to flush for a few days to try bring the pH down and I didn't want the roots to drown too much so I thought the candles might help. Also I'm sure the fact they are burning up oxygen is probably helping with co2 falling down on the plant. Just guessing 🤔
