Just broke ground and figured I would start the diary. Will update at the end of the week with any changes.
EDIT: added a photo of the other green crack I popped at the same time. The taproot was very slow to grow and it was less than 1/4 inch when the shell cracked and it wanted to start life... I put it in peat just to keep the little tap under ground and so the cotylendon leaves could open up and do their thing. It has stayed small and I am only keeping it going just to see what it will or won't do at this point. It has second true leaves but everything is going in slow motion and staying super small. I am sure if I had planted straight below ground it would be a complete dud.
A good week upwards in growth. Obviously in flower now and showing the start of magnesium deficiency that has been addressed.
Stay safe out there and hit that like button if you enjoy a diary that documents the height weekly so you know what to expect. 😇
Stretch seems to be over. Solid branching but a bit bushy. I did a light defoliation and it grew back in a week. I will do a bit more defoliation and get rid of any lower stems that won't be producers because it is taking up my veg tray! I have clones vegging that will need that room soon 😁
Stay safe out there.
Well at almost 3 feet I am glad she was topped. How tall would she have been without a topping.. Had to move it off my tray where my clones are vegging because it did bush out so much and I cut it back a lot, almost as much as I mistreat my photoperiods.
Huge main stem with 6 thick side branches should hold up the colas that are coming. I am pretty impressed by this auto not being a fan of autos. I strictly grew this by request for the strain, for daytime energy and an auto was the easiest way to test if green crack will truly be an energy strain.
Bravo fast buds. 1 complete fail of a seed(see week 1) and 1 very nice plant.
Very citrusy smells come from her. Resin starting to form on the sugar leaves.
Sorry it can't be more exciting...
PPMs are a little hot for her but she is being fed of the main reservoir so I will just live with a little burn.
