chato84 2nd week of potted outdoor grow. Been a rainy week, the plant gets a bit of splash during rain but no direct hits. Not a big difference from last week. Still no nutrients. Once it gets bit bigger, I will repot into some fox farms soil and will use Dr. Earth Bud and Bloom Booster once I get into flowering. Thinking of topping, is that advised for a first grow?

chato84 Starting to warm up a bit more and days are getting longer.
Started giving a little nutrients, just using some generic fertilizer by Experts.
Watering once every few days.
MID-WEEK UPDATE, transplanted to a larger container with all fox farms soil. Topped the plant as well a day before transplant.

chato84 A lot of rain and clouds the last week or so, not a ton of new growth, but there's some new growth since topping it last week. Hopefully there will be more sun in there near future so I can gain some more veg.
EDIT: Adding some more pictures later in the week. Some dense growth after the initial topping. Only nutrients this week was a gallon from my fresh water fish tank. Have some leaf curl and looks like I might have a small critter eating my leaves. I was going to toss around so diatomaceous earth in case its an insect. Otherwise I might wrap a screen around the pot.

chato84 Topped it Two weeks ago and transplanted to a large pot between weeks 3-4 with Fox Farms soil, love their soil.
This week I've mainly been watching the re-growth since topping and keeping an eye on the leaf curl. Not sure if its a bad thing or not.
Last week I gave it probably a half gallon of fresh fish tank water, and this week gave it a liter of all purpose Expert brand plant food.
It is supposed to be sunny and warm (mid 80's) for the next week or longer so I am excited to see it get bigger. Will let the soil dry out for a few days to let root expansion do its thing. I give it a good watering about twice a week.
EDIT: Tried a solution of dish soap and water and then sprayed the leaves with the soapy water (read that was a good natural way to kill mites).
Side note, I came across some bag seed of Blackjack sativa so I decided to start two of those a few days ago to see what happens. I just put them right in the soil to germinate. If one pops I'll start a separate journal.
4/22 UPDATE: I accidentally sprayed her with some residue of vinegar weed killer! The only good news is it is non-toxic to humans & pets, it's called green gobblin in case anyone is intrested. Anyway, when I went to wash it I guess I didn't rinse out the sprayer well enough and it still had some left over residue of highly concentrated vinegar. I ended up chopping off about 50% of leaves that were crunchy and curling up and branches that were dying from the spray. I will keep you posted with my future dumbass-ery.
