This is the first week and I am already so so so excited to grow this strain from such reputable breeder! At first I wasn't going to write a journal but since this is going to be a Mainline + Scrog style of grow I believe its worth to keep an online journal for others to use as reference hopefully. Week 1: Germination was nice and quick, 15h on water cup, less than 24h on paper towel and the tap root was already shooting out far, after 2 days I planted on soil (Promix HP) and use tap water on a spray bottle to maintain soil damp and humidity high. The morning after going on soil seedling sprouted and started to grow nicely. Seedling was under a Sunblaster 45w CFL lamp. Stay Lit folks! Follow my Instagram for daily stories @GirlGoneWeed

Week 2 have started and ended just fine, LB keeps growing just fine. I am still using tap water on spray bottle to feed and the seedling is still under a Sunblaster 45w CFL lamp. Follow my Instagram @GirlGoneWeed for daily updates on all my strains.

Another great week for this lil girl, no signs of deficiency or defects, she keeps on growing nice and steady. I have started feeding with Boogie Brew Compost Tea 1x a week every other week, she seems to enjoy the tea very much. I have brought her to the veg tent with the others now under LED QB 238w. I will be transplanting her into a 1.5gal pot next week, stay tuned. Stay lit folks! Follow me on Instagram for more updates @GirlGoneWeed

This plant is now under GH Flora trio Nutes feeding routine and shall be mainlined soon... once she have grown up to 6-7 nodes. Leaves are growing big and the dark green colour is just beautiful. I will see ya'll next week, stay lit folks!

Mainline time! This week the plant reached the 7th node so I took 3 clones topping above and below the 3rd node, tied to the sides with the help of a tomato ring. The recovery was very fast the next morning to be precise the plant was pointing upwards. The plant looks healthy growing some big thick fan leaves and seems not to be bothered by the cold temperatures we got hit with here in Ontario, I hope its the last frost of the season. Second TOP after plant developed 4th nodes, top above 3rd and eliminate the 2nd, keeping 1st and 3rd. Both sides. Recovery from the last training to be posted next week. Stay lit xx

Another week end for this girl who is just a champ taking all the high stress training Im putting on her without a complaint! every 5 days or so I stretch, break, cut, tie down and she holds up firm and strong recovering fast after each training session! Very impressive genetics 👏 I have started supplementing with Element XX as a foliar spray and this past week she got a flush with PH plain water. Not much to report, see ya next week stay lit folks xoxo

Another week of intense training, quick recovery and growth. 4 of 8 extremities of the plant have grown slightly bigger than the tomato ring , with some more solid growth I will secure those branches with soft garden wire. The other 4 future colas are working their way to the ring. For daily updates check my Intagram stories. Not much to report next week shall be interesting hopefully all 8 colas will be in place. Stay Medicated xoxo

Not much to report this week, she seems to have slowed down a bit in growth and I believe ts because the QB is too far... I have another grow tent coming in this week so she will have more space better light reach hopefuly helping with growth. Stay lit xoxo

Another great week for this gal, growing nice and healthy shooting out some long green lush leaves thickening the branches, over all she is doing great no issues so far. Although I did find a tiny lil fly hanging around the plants, hopefully this fly didn't lay any eggs... but to stay on the safe side I ended up doing a deep clean inside the tent plus made some natural homemade pesticide and sprayed all plants 2h before lights out. Natural Pesticide Recipe consists in: 1 whole garlic bulb 1 small onion 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder 1 tablespoon of liquid soap Directions: Puree garlic, onion and cayenne pepper powder Let mixture sit for at least one hour Strain Add 1 tablespoon of liquid soap Put mixture in a spray bottle Apply on the top and underside of cannabis leaves

Well here we are with another good week, this plant will get a much better space since she will no longer have to share the grow tent with 9 tall Dark Angels that will be going outdoor this coming weekend, well 7 of them we lost two soldiers to masculinity. So now with the extra space in the text I will be able to bring the QB closer to the canopy for that growth boost she deserves. The 4 side branches are making their way around the tomato rings, now its a waiting game, watch them grow nice strong arms to hold their 8 upcoming colas, with that been said I am guessing another couple of weeks or less until I flip her to flower. Fly update: No flies or eggs found this week. Stay lit peeps xoxo

Still growing nice, although the 4 side branches seems to not understand the game we are playing here lol The plant is growing some massive fan leaves developing half nice I'd say, considering the side branches are taking their sweet time to catch up to the other 4 that are much longer. More training was applied this week with great response once again. I Will be flipping her into flower next week. Stay lit xoxo

Didn't flip her into flower due to the crazy delay on my orders to upgrade the grow area... I wanna make sure the grow tents are all set up and running nice to host this plant's flower cycle, so here's for another long veg cycle 👌 The side branches are late, that's now a fact, I'm not sure anymore if they will ever catch up on growth... as I am waiting the new upgraded materials for exhaust and ventilation system to arrive summer here in Ontario is nice and so so hot, great for the outdoor grow, however this lady might not enjoy the crazy heat inside the grow tent with minimum air exchange as the weather prediction is for the next week is to get even hotter, I just hope the plant does not suffers too much with the heat. Meanwhile this girl here will be working on my tan lines for sure lol 😎 For more updates visit IG @GirlGoneWeed

First of all my apologies for the delay, summer weather got really hot these past few weeks making my grow tents way too hot and my upgrades didn't arrive in time so I had to shut down the grow tents and move the plant outdoors. The plant got some serious heat stress the poor thing, however I could get her outside soon enough and started caring for recovery. After been placed outside the plant got flushed twice through the week, the side branches at this point won't catch up but that's fine. Recovery signs started showing by the end of the week and so on, I love strong genetics, they leave me room to deal with the weather conditions and errors. This plant is fully recovered, she absolutely loves the outdoors. Plant showed some deficiencies after the previous flushing I have topped her with organic soil and top dressed with Organic Gaia Green 4-4-4 and she loves it! No more mineral nutes for this gal, no more flushes for now. The side branches won't catch up at this point and that's fine I'm just happy this plant is fully recovered showing absolutely no signs of deficiencies this just proves to me how reliable the genetics are, kudos to Barneys Farm! Now that she is back on track I will continue working on the grow tents and its upgrades to flip her to flower indoors or should I just leave her go into flower outdoor..... well I guess we will see on the next few chapters of this grow. Thank you all for following along and leaving comments, I appreciate you all! Instagram @GirlGoneWeed xoxo

This beauty is absolutely loving the outdoors, cultivating some lush skinny leaves common characteristics from sativa dominant strains the funny monk is a beautiful plant I can barely wait to see it flower! I have noticed some very slight nitrogen toxicity, ill keep monitoring but I think its due to using vegetative fertilizer on flower stage... The 4 side branches will turn into clones after all, they won't fully develop so im better off making clones out of them. Stay lit folks, xoxo

Another great week for these girl, since very wet days surrounded Ontario, I brought these girls inside and flipped them into flower, now on a 12/12 light schedule. They look good and ready to begin blooming, I have top dressed these babies with Gaia Green Bloom 2-8-4 this organic fertilizer consists in fishbone meal, steamed bone meal, glacial rock dust, mined potassium sulphate, fossilized carbon complex, rock phosphate, greensand, kelp meal, gypsum, and bat guano.
