So excited for this strain. I smoked it once and instantly fell in love! I have grown many Barney’s Farm strains in the past and loved them all. So here they are at their very first step, germinating in water for approximately 24 hours before placing them in coco🌞
Well, I accidentally left my tent open and my cat decided to take a few bites of a Vanilla Kush and a Pink Kush😂 Luckily he didn’t damage the stems so I think they’ll be just fine. i have them a little dose of silicone to aid in any healing they may need to do. I am very impressed with one plant and sort of unimpressed with the other. Vanilla Kush #2 is the smallest plant in the tent and has been the whole time. It’s okay though I’ll love her just the same😂
So I am attempting my first try at mainlining. And wow it was tough to top her at the third node and remove all other growth below that. She looks so bare but I can actually tell she’s already starting to focus on her two new shoots🌞 The other Vanilla Kush plant is still obviously lacking in vigor compared to others but she doesn’t have any other symptoms😁
So here is my first attempt at mainlining. I have also been trying organic growing which is going well but has caused me to neglect some of my plans unfortunately. All my plants that I wasn’t growing organically started a pretty severe nitrogen deficiency which slow growth for about a week. All plants look healthy and have their green leaves back and are growing very fast🌿🌞
So I originally wanted to mainline the #1. But I ended up leaving some shoots that came off of her because I noticed she was forming a great canopy! So we will see what happens😁🌿🌞 #2 is the last 2 pictures, still lacking in vigor behind the others but still a beautiful plant nonetheless🌲
So wow these plants are beautiful! I have been really trying organic growing, only adding bottle nutrients if I see a deficency starting. These plants were started with bottle nutrients, but then I amended their medium with organic nutrients at their last transplant. So it’s about 50/50😂 I’m just trying to learn😁 I am growing a pineapple chunk plant which is 100% organic so far😁 These plants will be 2 months old here in a few days. I have done some pretty intense training and I’m fairly satisfied with their canopy’s at this time. Also they are all so happy. So I will be flipping to 12/12 tonight🌞
I really apologize for slacking so much on this diary! Life got super busy, which did cause some deficiencies to pop up (100% my fault). But both plants bounced back as soon as I corrected their medium pH and gave them a nice amount of nutrients🌿 My harvest may be a little affected, but honestly, maybe not. These plants have been packing on weight for a week or two and don’t look like they’re ready to stop😍
(Side note: This Mars Hydro TSL2000 light is amazing, totally worth the money)
Well, this is some of the strongest stuff I have ever grown! The high is a perfect balance between body and head. Every person who has smoked it said it’s the best stuff they have ever had. With all of this being said. Why do I keep ending up with such low yields? These plants were overall very healthy their whole life. The only thing I can think of is both plants were only about 15 inches tall. I think this is due to me topping you early. Does anyone else have any other opinions? I would love some feedback😁
