hi. long time i used some secrect jardin Led lights. these are 26 watt led. i used 2 of them until babies were small so until around week 3 ( day 21) girls developed very well, because they dont like massive light. you can use tiny led or cfl lights absolutely enough for germiantion and firs weeks
I normally start my girls on 24 hours for the first 2 weeks, after i go to a more moderate lightschedule . anything between 18 and 22 hours is fine
I had my babies under way too weak a light. They got very leggy and struggled. I have repotted with most of “legs” under soil, upped light to 250w and am feeding rhizotonic treats. Just not sure how long to use rhiz for. They’re looking MYCH happier!!
If you are really in week 3 , if you are growing in coco ( your infos says hydro ) and if you are using the canna nutrient lines then why aren't you feeding ATM ? I mean in coco after the 1st week you can start to bring nutreint at a ec level around 1/1.2 , at week 3 you should be around 1.2/1.4 Ec.
So generally the roots stimulator can be used during week 1 to week 4 but to me it's generally useless after week 2 as you'r starting to use the "real" nutrients ( I mean the basics and importants ones )
my girls are 6 weeks old from seed, but When I grew from cuttings I counted from when I put cuttings under my lights ... (which are obvs the equivalent to more like 3-4 week old plant grown from scratch!) so what is the rule of thumb here?? Is that a stupid question? 🤪
How old is really up to you. Starting from a rooted clone cuts off about 2 -3 weeks of veg time as in you can veg a clone for 4 weeks and flip with a decent size where as it might take 6-7 weeks from seed to achieve the same size. It also usually takes 7 to 14 days to root a clone soooo 🤷♂️. If I have a good solid rooted clone around 5 to 7" tall, I would consider it about 3 weeks old.
On a side note, if you have a flat white painted wall in your grow space, I would get rid of that mirror. Flat white actually has a higher reflectivity vs a mirror. May sound strange but very true. Download a lux meter app and check out for your self.

I have five plants coming, although one is struggling! But of the four that are good, two are dark and very slightly twisty (too much root nuts?) and the other two look lighter and flatter! Wtf?? All in same place same nuts.
How do you measure EC without a gadget? Gonna start using nuts (canna) now, bit late maybe but I’m just learnin! EC seems to be where it’s at! Ex took gadget when we split. Hmmm 👿 please feel free to comment on plant health!

I got my seeds from humbolt, choco mint supposedly, does anyone think there might be another strain, I have two plants out of five that look Zpurple! Very healthy, but purple!

This is how it should look this is definately Chocolate Mint OG. The purple comes from the Grandaddy Purple they crossed with the Emerald OG. So it can get VERY Zpurple! Lol.
