The Gelat.OG yield was disappointing. They might have done better if the Royal Gorilla had not been so stretchy, so didn't get sufficient light intensity, but one pheno had a very nice lavender scent. I wouldn't grow Gelat.OG again, not just because the yield was low, but it wasn't particularly memorable in terms of effects - think I prefer wake and bake strains than sleep-inducing ones.
Fairly decent buds from the Royal Gorilla under a 250W custom Cree COB LED, close to canopy during bloom and much further away in veg to avoid light stress. This one actually performed better than the GG Strains 'Original Glue' - a S1 version of the original GG#4, apparently - that I subsequently grew, which cost more than twice as much and was grown under a superior light, proving the point that it's not necessary to spend lots of money to grow high quality cannabis and that we shouldn't (always) believe the hype. The Gelat.OG were low yielding. One pheno smelled of lavender and was quite nice to vape, but I found it too sleep/head fog-inducing for my tastes and some friends agreed. I preferred the GSC, which strikes a nice balance between uplifting and relaxing.
