Hi everyone, first grow ever here! Decided to start this hobby with an autoflowering strain to make things "easier", medium level thc for a midday/everytime smoke or at least I think so. I personally don't smoke any but my gf does and I thought it would be a nice gift to offer some nice (hopefully), organic and free weed :) Setup: 40x40x140cm grow tent Oscillating fan Exhaust fan tt110 (maybe even a bit much for such small tent, when on it literally suck inward the sides of it ) Niello led light 300w with veg and bloom switches (120w real output) 11lt pot I germinated the seed directly into the final pot, following this guide https://www.reddit.com/r/Autoflowers/comments/20b591/a_simple_guide_to_growing_autoflowers_in_soil/ Everything went smoothly, seed pop out in 4 days on February 3rd. Lst since end of week 2 more or less. No nutes until week 4 , then Biobizz tripack in very light doses (like very light...first feed was literally 3 drops of biobizz grow in 2lt...yeah I know haha) cause I was afraid to burn it (will add dosage in weeks updates). I really don't have any comparison to help me with so I'm kinda going forward in the dark (right now is week 7), hope y'all stick around to give me some advice :) Wish me luck!

Week 8 here! I turn on both switches last week , after asking around on here. Directed fan right at the top of the plant, extraction on with lights on. Temperature is always around 20/22C, RH 35% (too low???). Watering every 5 days (soil dry and leaves drooping a bit). Planning to go lighter with nutrients in the next weeks. I don't know how much I've left, keep going until thricomes are milky and amberish. I don't know what to expect regarding buds size, but I guess that for a first try it's not that bad. I ended up with too much internodal distance I think, also I could have gone heavier with the lst, ended up with six "big" colas, then a lot of medium sized one and some popcorn below. Also gradually cut leaves in the bottom part, ones that were already dying or not getting any light. Hope I didn't ruin anything :) we'll see

What do you think of my nutrients? Should I go down harder?

I'd go 1/4 feeding of the Bio grow and keep up with the bio bloom and top max. To avoid nitrogen toxicity. Too much nitrogen can hinder and stop flowers from getting big and fat. But it still uses it for critical plant processes so we don't wanna cut it out all together. We just wanna go lighter like 1/4.. 1/4... Then in your 5th or 6th week(of flower 10th or 11th growing) stop feeding the nitrogen altogether, so the plant can use up whatever nitro she has and clean some of the extra nitrogen out. I hope this helps and happy growing 😁

Hey guys, start of week 9 (flowering) here. RH in my tent is 30%, isn't it too low? Temperature always 23/22c. I have to water tomorrow but it usually doesn't go over 35%.

Howdy. That may be a little low, even for early flower. In the final weeks of flowering, RH can be dropped quite low, but maintaining a decent RH in early/mid Bloom is helpful. If you're able too, try and raise it to 40-55% until the final 1-2 weeks of flower. A wet towel hanging from a hanger, placed anywhere in the tent, should give you the bit of moisture you're looking for. Free and easy👍. I'd wait for another answer as confirmation, this is just my two cents! Good luck and happy trails👌

Some pistils are turning orange but still way to go 04/12 update: found some brown spots on sugar leaves, what could it be? 04/13 update: brown spots are a sign of calmag deficiency, apparently is common when using Biobizz products. I'll add some calmag (Biobizz) next grow :)

end of week 9, plant looks fine except for brown spots on some of the sugar leaves and on one of the bigger and oldest at the bottom. What could it be? feeding 0,5 ml/L biogrow 4ml bloom 4ml topmax (reduced grow as some of u suggested) temps never over 24c 35%rh

Hi @Mothman these spots are a sign of calcium deficiency. calcium and magnesium deficiencies happen a lot in the biobizz fertilizer line, they have recently launched an organic calmag, it is great to add to the feeds you give them. good luck mate 👍

Week 10, going strong. I have a slight calmag deficiency going on but I'll just end this grow as it is. Adding calmag next time. Fixed the too low humidity with a soaked towel at the bottom of the grow tent. I really don't know how much time I've left, maybe two weeks? I think I'll feed it 2 more times and then plain water. (Is it even necessary to flush with Biobizz???) As always suggestions are welcomed

Unfortunately buds have only a little of purple on top but nothing more. But surely they sparkle a lot! Flushed at the beginning of this week, no more nutrients. I'll wait until pistils are all orange and curled in, then 2 days of darkness and I'll cut it down. Flushed again on 23/4, three days of darkness now.

Harvested today , first harvest of my life took a while! Didn't weight it, I'll do it when it's dry. Buds are drying in the mini grow tent , 22c and 40%RH Updates to come UPDATE: took me some time to get the curing process right. Buds are in the jars for a week now. Although they don't look as dense as I wanted (perfectionist till death hahaha) gf said it's quite an amazing smoke. The high is heavy and lasts for hours, I would say it hits you with a giggly feeling first, then heavily sedating. Very strong munchies (no diet allowed!). I had wild dreams smoking it before bed, hard to get up in the morning.

@@Imnotmeanimjusttired, damn that’s unfortunate! I’m no expert but the only way to really tell is with a loupe, I tried all microscopes etc and the only thing that works is a loupe it’ll definitely be worth the investment if you can get one🙏 Good luck!

At this point, cut all bio grow from the feedings, the plant is no longer growing and it does not need anymore veg nutes. Once the buds swell (the calyxes to be more precise), stop all feeding.
