without a doubt this is a led light type "Apollo" model of the first Mastergrow but if they do not have the brand name on the specifications label it is probably a Chinese white brand, which does not mean that it is not a good led. your led seems to be of full spectrum with IR and UV light, everything depends on it, the umols and the lumens it will have, but at first glance it looks like a good led. the best way is for you to ask your friend 👍

your friend forgot the brand=?.... i woould look for a sticker, that shows you the wattage. Thats the only thing you have to know....anything else is secondary. Iam guessing its a light around 3 years old...
