I had started with three seeds, two of which germinated with only one cotyledon each. so I planted two more, three days later..Let's start well😅
For the moment I am not using any nutrients, only seed soil
For my first experience I decided to take a feminized variety (Pineapple) and an autoflowering one (Misty Gorilla) to understand the differences well.
At the end of the second week, the two go hand in hand in the same growth conditions. On the Zambeza website I read that the feminized Pineapple has fairly short flowering times (55 days) which corresponds +/- to the autoflowering Misty Gorilla.
So I wonder if in these natural growing conditions there will be differences in size between the two varieties when flowering begins ...😬We'll see!😎 in the meantime, this week's growth seems pretty good ... As for the Gorillas, I think I have to transfer the plant to a larger pot next week.
Do not hesitate to give me your advice, masters! 💪😁
Thanks and see you next week. Good growth at all🙌
Halfway through the third week, I repotted the plants in 3.5 / 4 liter pots. I felt it was the right time, in the first pots the roots actually started to make many turns on the bottom. I hope I have paid enough attention not to stress them too much, they should benefit ... at least I hope! Day 18, it's all right 👊😎
I made a mistake this week. I wanted to try with the LST but after two days, with the plants getting bigger and bigger, I realized that the 3.5 l pots are too small for this technique. So I removed the hooks and this is the result: crooked but healthy plants. 😅
SO I don't know what to do: repot and continue with LST? unfortunately, however, you have already advised me against repotting too much plants, I would not strain them yet. Or put on a normal vertical brace? I'm more inclined for the second solution, but I think I should start with another technique anyway. Defoliation? Topping? Main lining? I don't know..help! 😷
thanks for the advice and good growth to all! 🙏✌️
pineapple this week is not grow as I expected. It is as if one day he decided to stop his fast growth, since he was one of the best fit from the beginning. Could this be a problem with the guardian I put on her? I have perhaps touched a root planting it .. I hope not, let's see how it goes next week, in any case now it is the smallest of all. Good week and good growth to all of you 👊
@Chilipadi, yes only water, I started like this, totally natural. For the next, however, I will buy some material 😊 in the meantime let's see how these are going!
