Reedius It's growing somewhat at a normal pace but something is clearly wrong with it. It's like half the plant is ok and the other is not. I've seen these kinds of things in other types of plants like tomatoes, and it's usually viral or genetic problems.

Reediusstarted grow question 5y ago
Hey Guys, what do you think of this lady? growth is clearly not normal, it's like half the plant is ok and the other half isnt. It's probably not environmental cause I got 4 other plants and they don't have any of those problems. What do you think?

Hi @Reedius. These marks on the leaves are genetic problems of the strain, sometimes it is only on the first leaves that are born and then the plant grows normal. I also have the same problem in one of my auto blue diaries, they have no problem, I have grown several plants with this problem and sometimes the final quality is better than that of a normal plant. continue the treatment you give others. good luck mate 🙏👍

Reedius Growing nice and bushy. Going in the middle of the week and I had the impression that all my plants needed a little more nutrients so I decided to give some more top max and added some silica, bad idea! It increased the ph a little and some yellowing on the leaves appeared.

Reedius These last couple weeks she started to go yellow, I thought it was a ph/nute problem considering that all the plants had similar symptoms. I gave her some more nutrients to see if it was missing some but it didn't do the trick. After thinking and trying to figure things out I realized it might be temperature/light related. I increased the light distance and added more fans to help with air circulation, after two days the yellowing seems to have stopped and bud growth is getting to normal, still gonna wait a few days to see what happens. She has an incredible smell though! Real sweet and lemony. Glad to hear your thoughts on this.

Reedius Temperature has increased a bit these past 2 weeks and I've had to get a bigger fan. The yellowing of the leaves could have been caused of high temperatures and bad ventilation despite some of it being normal at this stage.

It's not an easy strain I think, it grows small and didn't seem to like the LST that much. It suffered a lot with the excess heat like the rest of the plants I grew and that definitely affected the final results. In the end the main bud got some botrytis but I think it was a few drops of water that fell on top of it. It does have a really nice smell though and the cbd/thc ratio is a positive aspect as well. Can't say about effects or taste because I can't try it for the time being because of medical reasons. Will report as soon as I try it.
