Day 22 I’ve LST and the next days there is no difference, is it to early to LST?

Day 22 is not too early to lst. You want to be able to bend without snapping it so it's good practice to lst early while its more flexible. It just looks like she needs a couple of days to recover. As long as you haven't done too much damage to the main stem. She should be ok.
