hey there man, what happened is that the plant got root locked, meaning the pot is too small for the size of the plant, so it got stressed during flower in a chronic way, that's why. Nothing too much you can do at this point, not really. Try repotting if you want to try it : almost all the other symptoms like the yellowing tacoing of the leafs, and so on should stop spreading and getting worse.
