Week 2
Day 8: ..growing..
Day 9: ..growing..
Day 10: ..growing..
Day 11: ..growing..
Day 12: switched to NUTE recipe: VEG3 (Veg2 is listed above)
Day 13: ..growing..
Day 14: FIMed the plant
Not much to document, which is nice given the starts to my other grows. I've been trying to dial in my NUTE recipes across all my grows. I also had my pH pen get out of calibration, but hopefully fixed that on Day 13. I was very eager to FIM the plant much earlier than my Blueberry #1, so I'm anxious to see the difference in growths. Some brown spots have developed on the bottom fan leaves. I think it's from a lack of CaliMag from my initial VEG1 recipes or from the pH mess up.

Loving your grows. Have you tried FIMing autos before? It's the first time I see it. Then again, my grow is on the second week and I'm planning to top them and still am worried I might damage them (never done it before).
Thanks for the diary!
@lenzmidler,
This is my first ever grow with Autos, and I've only ran two photo cycles many years ago (no training on any of the plants). The FIMing isn't really quite what I expected: maybe I misunderstood, but I thought there would be "new" growth/colas that wouldn't normally emerge or grow if the plant hadn't been cut. But what I think I'm learning is that those "new" growths/colas are just the node growths from the nodes below catching up to the top of the plant that's been cut. I don't think I've really noticed any stunting from the FIM, and I've also been defoliating like crazy to open up the middle of the plant to expose the nodes/growths to light. At some point I'm sure I'll top a plant, but as of now, I'm really liking the way the FIMing is working...I don't have anything to compare it to, but I'm excited at how this Blueberry and the Glueberry are growing; they seem to have the potential to have a very nice "Bud Skyline."
