Day 14 - seems like White Widow is better than the Lemon and OG Kush which are Auto's. I am unsure why but it seems like they are stunted.

Does anyone think these guys are stunted? I am a beginner grower. They are day 14 from seed, under a Viparspectra 450 on veg mode 18hrs a day. Germination soil and perlite only. Should I bump up the lighting or re-pot them to a bigger pot with soil mix? Any ideas are welcomed.
