Smokev Here’s a grow of Crystal Candy F1 Fast version from Sweet Seeds, there’s also 1 plant of French Macaron from TH Seed and 3 plants of BCN Critical XXL from Seed Stocker, plus 1 homemade plant of Peyote Cookies x Purps #1 that I’ll put in another diary. All of this for a total of 10 plants, so 5 Crystal 😉. It’s the 5th week of growth, and it has been vigorous since the start; the plants are healthy and strong except for 1 that’s a bit weaker. There seem to be 2 different phenotypes: one more Sativa with more spaced internodes, slightly longer branches, and a bit thinner leaves, we'll see during flowering. By the way, flowering will start at the end of this growth week.

Smokev Nothing to report, everything is going well, they're swelling nicely. They absorb quite a bit of water, watering almost every day and fertilizing every other watering by alternating products. Slight senescence beginning on 2 of the plants (the 2 biggest, about 1.30m). Otherwise, if I go by the breeder, there should be at least 3 weeks left, so I expect to see the buds explode in the coming weeks, at least I hope so.

Smokev Week 6 of flowering, nothing to report, they’re gently swelling. The smell is becoming more and more present in the box, a sweet aroma of fruit cocktail and chewing gum, a olfactory delight that makes me salivate 😋. Last week with fertilizer for the Crystal Candy. One of the plants seems to be ahead of the others with a well-advanced senescence (leaves getting more and more yellow and the trichomes turning milky). So next week, we'll start flushing for these ladies.

Smokev Discovery of Sweet Seeds and the fast version seeds, and it’s a really good find. The plants behave like others but with a really shortened flowering time!!! From the start, they grew vigorously; the growth went well, and the 5 plants were homogeneous in their structure, responding well to pruning and developing strong branches with lots of branching. They root easily and quickly, with the first roots appearing in 7 days in an aeroponic cutting. The flowering went well with plants that stretch 2X to 3X, so pretty easy to control. The first flowers appeared after about a dozen days and kept swelling while developing a delicious candy and strawberry gum smell on a sweet background that makes you salivate like never before. The 5 plants offered a very good yield, averaging 70-75g dry, with the fastest taking only 44 days of 12/12 hours with 100% milky trichomes. Personally, I prefer it with a few more days, 30% amber, around 50-55 days. Moderately to rather hungry for nutrients depending on the plants. They handle big doses well. They have a good flower-to-leaf ratio, which makes manicuring easy. In conclusion, it’s a very good genetics, quite robust in every way, easy to grow, which I think rarely disappoints. I recommend it for beginners. It offers above-average yield for unbeatable flowering time and a more than honorable quality. Smoke test to follow...
