Hello.. Hope you are well.. Usually its from too much heat in grow room but after looking at ur dairy its definitely not that!.. All i can suggest is try to drop ur humidity down if possible and keep an oscillating fan very gently creating a fresh movement of air around her growing buds.. Stay safe n gud luck with her around harvest time.. 👍🍀

I would take only the fan leaves that go inwards towards the center of the plant. Make sure thou that you don't take to many. Think to yourself, do I need to take this off? Is it covering a bud site? Trust in yourself and the plant. She will tell you if she's happy with it or if you did to much. When you look down from say a bird's eye view you still barely want to be able to see through it to the soil. Check out my first grow for tips tricks and to learn what not to do! Doesn't look like it. Is that a white hair-like projection (stigma)? It's female. male bits extend out from stem and look like a grap on the end of lttle twig. they'll expand in a cluster too, unlike those female preflowers.

Your second pic is definitely not a hermie flower. It is a pre flower with a swollen bract. No worries.
