Running into a little bit of clawing across the canopy.
This is my first time running the Jacks 3-2-1 formula, so may need to make note and adjust for next run.
Other than that everything is looking fantastic and environment is dialed back in.
They are praying up to the light most of the day and are blowing up during the stretch.
can see some beautiful buds forming and trichomes beginning to pop up throughout the bud sites.
Loving the diary its helping me learn as I wrap up my second week! How long have you been growing for and using jacks for? I planned to use Jacks 321 and follow the full strength recommendation and do what greengenes on YT suggests. What mix of jacks or what formula do you us and at what strength? Im just about to move my girls in the rapid rooter to their 2 gallon pots today in Happy frog soil. Any advice for feeding strength or if I should this early on this first transplant watering?
Im already experiencing some trauma with my girls in the first two weeks lol learning curve is hitting me already.
Thanks for any advice you may be able to give!!
@kaneownz,
This is my first time using Jacks formula myself.
Previously I had been using Canna Coco nutrients up until this point.
I am using also using the 321 formula. more precisely:
3.6g - Jacks A | 2.4g - Calcium Nitrate | 1.2g magnesium Sulfate
Along with some some beneficials: Silica, Kelp, Recharge, and Tribus.
So far so good!
In second week of veg ran into a little bit of a calcium or magnesium deficiency, (probably because I am growing in coco)
so I upped my cal mag a touch. Since then everything is looking happy and healthy.
I believe Happy Frog soil mix may already come with some nutrients enriched in the soil, so I would be careful not to over-fertilize by using Jacks at full strength.
Soil growing is a little bit dif. then growing hydroponically in an inert media. You want to be careful to only feed as needed, at a lower strength or once the plants shows you
it has depleted the nutrients provided by the soil. Good luck!
