As you can see the change under better lighting conditions and no longer under the Reptile light uvb she has started to flourish.
I've read that blue light is used by the plant to help rooting so it will be interesting to see see her root structure after being under uvb for so long.
She's a strong girl and probably I need to learn my LST technique a lot more as she's broken free.
She's had a fair old rough ride as I've tried to pin her down.
I'm50/50 as to whether or not to take away the big fan leaves.
1 or 2 lower leaves are browning but she seems healthy otherwise, so could just be nothing?
@SneakyDog, I've fortunately never needed a filter as the smell doesn't matter and is minimal as there are only ever one or two smelling at any one time.
I don't doubt for a second pro lights achieve more, but just not suited to my situation.
Good luck

@Herbie, nice one. I’ve just brought some new lights but whilst I was waiting I took a leaf out of your book and used a normal 100w bulb and got great growth. Tent and MarsHydro TS600 for £124 but I don’t have any air filtering system yet just a fan
