The seed is coming in at a bend with some light spotting on the leaves. Also, the second set of leaves are coming in. In order to correct some of these deficiencies, I have used a toothpick to prop her up and moved the light farther away from her. She originally had the light on her about 6 inches away. In the beginning, I was not using a heating pad but around the 3rd day of her popping from the soil, I put the pad underneath her. I have cut back on watering her too much and do so now once a day and spray her leaves about twice a day when I can. I am using my own soil combination which might have too many nutrients for a seedling but when I use peat pellets, the seed seems to die. My germination consists of the old fashion way, which is a wet paper toil in a warm dark place. This technic has never done me wrong. Hopefully, these issues will pass and she will grow stronger as time passes. I did buy a mini fan to put into the dome she is currently in to circulate air on her.

Is my light too far away from my seedling? What should I do to correct the bend and brown spots coming in on the plant? How often should I be watering my seedling and how much? You can see these deficiencies in my uploaded photos in my profile.

Hi @ScoobySnacks77 You must change the cycle of light hours to 18/6, it will grow better and faster. the distance from the lamp seems fine. it only begins to give vegetative growth fertilizers after the second real pair of leaves is born to form well. your substrate seems to be soaking wet. the roots need oxygen to develop, let the substrate dry well between each watering, control this by the weight of the pot, the substrate when it is dry becomes very light and when it is very wet it becomes very heavy. good luck mate 👍

She was struggling last week so I replanted her in a peat pod at the end of the week. This week she has recovered significantly and was potted inside of a 1 gallon fabric pot.

I pooped another Sour Diesel in fear that my other plant would not make it but both are now thriving.
