First grow first week. 70/30 coco/perlite mix in 16L fabric pots. Pre watered with 1ml/L CalMag solution until saturation, then allowed to drain. Four seeds planted directly into root riot cubes in the centre of pots. Three of four seeds emerged on day 4. One dud not playing. Light moved to 24 inches on day five, when all seedlings have emerged. Kept root riot constantly moist and regularly misted tent with water to increase humidity.

First proper watering on Day 8. 2.5 litres each at nutrient strengths above. Plants responded with no signs of overfeeding or deficiency as far as I can tell. Fan controller shat the bed so no extraction for this whole week while I got that sorted.

Got extraction sorted again and gained valuable wiring experience! Replaced two crappy RAM 6 inch fans with a 29 inch cheapo tower fan. Reduced noise, vibrations and better temp and humidity control apparently. Definitely should have started off with this extraction and fan system. Watered more frequently than last week with nutrient concentrations as above. Overall happy with the growth this week.

Reduced frequency of watering. Watering now when pot feels light again and coco is very dry up to first knuckle. Same 3L of water per plant is now giving back only 10% runoff so I think they're thirstier. Watered/fed twice this week. Raised pots to sit out of trays to promote air circulation. LST started on all three plants.

Day 29 - Pots getting light again so watered with 10 litres split between the three. A little under 10% runoff. More LST. Day 30 - LST on the runt of the litter. Day 31 - Watered again as pots were very light and soil felt dry. Increased Bloom. Day 32 - LST on middle plant. All three plants now covering at least diameter of pot with even canopy.

Day 35 - Gave 10 litres of water. Reduced amount of Micro. Day 37 - Watered again with 10 litres. Day 40 - Watered again with 10 litres. Daily LST on all plants to tame any overachievers and maintain even(ish) canopy.

Day 43 - Gave 10 litres of water with reduced Gro. Day 45 - Gave 10 litres of pH'd water. Day 48 - Gave 10 litres of water with reduced nutrients overall. I got concerned about nutrient burn due to discolouration of some leaf tips so gave plain pH'd water on Day 45 before resuming feeding with reduced strength of nutrients Day 48. Continued LST to maintain even canopy.

Got a new macro lens for my phone to hopefully keep better track of when they might be ready. Day 52 - Gave 10 litres of water with reduced nute strength. Bottom leaf came right off when watering so I tidied up any that came off easily. Day 55 - 10 litres of water again, same reduced nutes.

Curling and burn problems at some leaf tips. I'm guessing from too much nutrients. Flushed with plain pH'd water Day 56. Watered twice with reduced nutrient concentration. Continued to removed dead/dying leaves from bottom of plants. All three plants well in to flowering now. Day 56 - 4 litres of plain pH'd water per plant. At least 20% runoff from each. Day 58 - 10 litres of water at above nutrient strengths. Mostly bloom now, so lots of P and not so much N. 15-20% runoff per plant. Runoff pH 5.4. Day 61 - Same watering as day 58. Averaging 10% runoff per plant with pH 5.5.

Buds have all started to get fatter this week with a lot more trichome development. Seeing the odd discoloured and drying pistil about the place. I did a bit of LST on all plants on day 69 to separate out some buds that were growing quite close together. Also removed any dead/bleached leaves. Definitely improved airflow around the plants. Day 65 - Reduced Micro so nutrients are mostly bloom now. Gave 10 litres of nutrient water with about 15% runoff. Day 68 - Gave 10 litres of nutrient water. Very little runoff, less than 5%.

Temperatures went right up. Plants foxtailing. Continued to water with nutes. Flush will come next week. Nutrient tip burn problems continuing despite flushes and reduced concentration.

Good friend, when I saw your follow-up, I realized that you planted directly in a definitive pot, which is quite large, which makes it stagnant and has such small roots that you drown them, that is why your plant looks with a notorious excess water I recommend that you lower the frequency and the amount of water if there is no dwarf, try to give it a 200 ml glass with enough, specifically it dries between 3 and 4 days this week. Greetings and let's go with that plant, check my diary, we are almost the same in time.

@Bobsponja, I don't transplant my autos at all, I plant the seed directly in the final pot and I get great results. I fill the pot with dirt, gently pack it down, then wet all of the dirt thoroughly. I'll then plant the seed 1/4" deep in the center, and keep it wet with a spray bottle. After it germinates I continue watering with only the spray bottle a couple times a day until it has 2 nodes. Then I stop spraying and gently water the dirt only around the stem of the plant so the roots go straight down. Once the 4th node starts coming in I start adding nutes and watering the whole pot, and I wait until I can easily lift the pot with one hand before I water again. I use 3 gallon fabric pots and I get MASSIVE root balls that fill the whole pot. I tried transplanting once, it's in my current active journal, but I screwed I up. Despite screwing it up and having a serious CalMag deficiency it's still growing strong. You can grow autos either way, transplant or not, just don't over water and find out which way works best for you!

@Bobsponja, I think I'll be trying smaller pots next time, they feel a bit swamped in the 16L especially considering they're meant to be short plants, but still early in to the adventure so I'll see how it all goes. Over watering has always been a problem of mine with plants generally so I guess I'll just need to even more aware! My only concern is letting the coco coir dry out too too much and killing the poor girls.

@BigBadBobo,Good friend, if the truth is that autoflowering transplants do not like them, the only thing that can be done is from a 7x7 pot (yogurt type) for 4-5 days and transfer it to the final pot, that is the only transplant that accept in autoflowering. I do it both ways, transplanting from 7x7 to 7l pots and planting directly into 7 and 11l pots. I am also something new and this is how we are learning, surely it recovers and manages to grow more, remember they prefer drought to excess water, that is perfect for them and we are less likely to damage it. Thanks for going through my diary, I will also be aware of yours, for any questions we can help (:
