They seem fine to me. Some stretch is normal during this period since they are looking for sunlight. Remember that since they are autoflowering and they are getting just 12 hours of direct sunlight they are not going to become huge/monster plants. Anyway you should be fine with just tap watering until some weeks have passed and you start seeing some deficiency. If you want to do it quite raw you can use some granular nutrient found everywhere which will have N-P-K, just don't exaggerate and wait a few weeks before using it. 😉
