First day of new clones, not looking good. Hope they spring back... 😬

7 days, no issues.

Moved into mesh pots, brought into veg tent, new hydroton pellets were unwashed... made my water brown... gotta clean out again soon. Cleaned out! Added nutrients and water from flower reservoir, the flower res was too high PPM with new recipe from weed forum on using 6- pack dry nutrients... surprised they ran it so hot... anyway, had enough for both reservoirs. PPM sitting at 1480, higher than I want but good for now. A few days later..... I’ve sprung a leak! Not sure where it’s coming from yet, stopped water recirc pumo and still getting water pooling in tent. Gonna have to shop vac it out and pump out water... dig around a bit... hopefully it’s not a cracked tote or something... anyway, too early and bedtime from late night work. It shall pool some more... the fake ass wood flooring isn’t gonna like it, the water proof tent is not so water proof... will need to save for a gorilla one day... A few more days later.... Leak fixed... it was from a crushed bulk head fitting by a gear clamp. Over tightened I guess. It’s been replaced.

Since pulling them out of tent for a couple days, locating and fixing the leak I had. The PH has been higher than normal with higher PPMs, been lazy and not watching them. Looks like a cal-mag issue with bad purple stems, some leaves showing deficiencies. Added 10 liters to res with Cal mag with a light foiler spray of cal-mag.

Easy week, didn’t do much aside from add water. Res change complete. I’ll top sometime this week and LST next week. Looks like some deficiencies are getting back under control. Day 5 into this week, topped her and added 15 liters of water with nutes, added extra epsom salt, PPM 1400, pH 6.0

Little late for this weeks update, Will get some LST sticks in place this week sometime. I’ll take pictures of LST for next weeks update.

Well, I been pretty busy and put off the HST and they are just so big... I think I’m going to need to top all the shoots so I can HST the other plant... As it is, I only have room for one all spread out... ferocious growth!!! New reservoir has; 75g Calcium Nitrate Potassium Nitrate 53g Potassium sulphate 11 grams Monopotassium Phosphate 17g Magnesium Sulphate 60g Trace elements 10g 100 mL regen-a-root (*had to pull back a tap root that had entered the reservoir from the pot.) 100mL growth enhancer 100mL H2O2 30mL Humic Acid 100mL Royal Gold (fulvic Acid) PPM 1875 in 103 Liters of water. PH 6.2 Little hot for me, will dilute soon. Updated; cut off some tops, laid the other plant down...

No rez change this week, just been adding a lot of water to top up and dilute, it was pretty salty all week and I’m sure there is still a lot of nutrient. The oldest branches now near the edges of tent are still growing faster than the middle, so I have topped all the highest growing branches to try to force some growth to the lower/inner branches. I Wish I didn’t wait so long to LST/HST... they look like shit. They have 1 more month to grow big and strong!

Res change this week, filling out nicely. Will need to defoliate lower leaves sometime this week. Added some humic, fulvic and 300mL of H202.

Same reservoir, added some calcium a few days ago, pH dropped to 5.0 and added some Baking soda water, too much and now it’s 7.0 and 1500 PPM. Maybe it’ll continue to drop. Waiting to see.. could t help myself, added pH down, at 6.1 atm. Couple more weeks till theses are ready for flower tent...

About a week before she goes into flower tent. She’s pretty much ready to be flattened out. I was going to germinate new Glookies seeds to try for a different pheno but I was too busy and now I’m outta time, next run I guess. Sooo, now I’ll clone these again. I’ll be clipping about 4 from the highest most happy tops... Made a new res with dry nutrients. They were showing signs of calcium def...

1 day early from new week, going to bloom tent hopefully in a couple days. No Rez change, just been adding cal-mag at times with fill ups. They are showing early signs of calcium deficiency and looks like magnesium now too... really need to work on my laziness near flips and keep the girls happier. Plants have been moved to bloom tent. Will update with photos with next weeks post.

SCROG WEEK. Reservoir Nutrients at 1/4 strength. Calcium Nitrate 30 grams Jack’s Hydro 20 grams Magnesium Sulphate 22 grams 400 PPM Moved them from veg tent to the bloom tent and flattened them out. They are recovering, still a bit of work to do for cleaning it up. It’s so much work moving them, when I get more space for another tent, I’ll just keep them in their respective tents throughout grow... for now, I work. Been playing around with video making in spare time, uploaded a scrog tutorial.

Day 1 FLOWER First day flower!!!! Already showing two pistols in some junctions after only first 12 hours of darkness. First grow did that, second grow did not. Not sure what’s different. New reservoir change; 40 grams Calcium Nitrate 33 grams Jack’s Hydro 30 grams Magnesium Sulphate 100mL growth enhancer 100mL Fulvic 50 mL Humic 100mL H2O2 EC 1300 PH was 6.2 and headed higher, added PH down. I made a little mistake with the res change, I forgot to chill my 100 liters of fresh RO to 63F before introducing it... it came in contact with roots at about 75F. Hope I didn’t shock the plant with that move and everything is fine. Ive added 8 16w LED T8’s wired in parallel for some inside canopy illumination. I don’t expect it to do much but just wanted something with zero heat output. Might figure something better out or even move them up to next scrog net due to expectation of massive stretching. Side note! I want to purchase a third HLG light to fit nicely between the 550V’s... a 2 panel 300 watt version of the same R2 type for a total of 1270 true watts. (Just waiting for a discount code). New light will be up this grow for sure, stay tuned for that! The right plant is yet again much taller than it should be. I was pretty busy with work lately so they have sat in bloom tent on veg hours for 2 weeks... Hopefully they don’t stretch tooooo much. Good stretch this week, I haven’t lollipopped at all, not even in veg. It’s fairly leafy everywhere and I want to get in there and defoliate bottom 1/3 soon. A lot of dead leaves I imagine, just been so busy and been neglecting the grow. Funny, how when you first start out and you’re overly micro-managing and then as the months go by, it starts to become a chore. I ordered a light from China, a Meijiu (HLG)550 V3. HLG Canada didn’t want to give me a decent discount so, unfortunately had to ship my money outside the country. Saved 50% for a quality light though. Might take a bit to get here, been processing in Hong Kong for 4 days. So far the leaves are healthy but last run they started to turn deficient after the stretch. In my defence, with the last grow, I was just starting on the dry nutrient regimen and made mistakes. Hopefully it stays healthy throughout bloom cycle with new changes and knowledge. New reservoir this week as follows: Partial drain, most of it gone, but 100mL RO added and; 40 gram cal nit 30 jacks 30 mag sulph. 100mL mighty bloom enhancer 100mL head masta 300 mL h2o2 25 mL Fulvic 40mL Humic pH ended up high with addition of bloom enhancer, added pH down to 5.8. PPM 1360. Wednesday-Day 10 Added water and some nutes. PPM 1200 pH 6.0 Started a small section of lower 1/3 defoliation Day 11 Did some more defoliation, added a video to show progress. Day 12 Finished lollipop on right plant. Moved some branches around. Added 20 liters and 20g cal nit, 10g of both jacks and magnesium sulphate.

Installed. Heat in tent went up quite a bit... was 89F when I noticed, increased exhaust fan to 80% from 60%, dropped to 85F. Not liking the noise increment on fan. Oh well. Light is killer tho. I like it. Some pictures added. New wattage on LED lighting for 4x8 tent at 1,475 actual watts.

Day 21 Started a defoliation process, will continue through this week, have noticed the pH drops fast with defoliation. Added 125mL FloraKleen. Calibrated pH probe. Adjusted pH to 6.0 Running at 400 PPM. ...ran 2 hours, drained, filled 100L RO 30 grams Calcium Nitrate 20 grams Jacks 20 grams Magnesium Sulphate 300mL H2O2 50 mL Headmasta 50 fulvic 10 humic PPM 640 pH 6.0 Day 26 Added 10 litres RO 10 grams of calcium nitrate 6 grams of jacks 4.5 grams magnesium sulphate Adjusted pH to 6.0 PPM 720 Day 27 Added 20 litres of RO 6.1 grams of Calcium Nitrate 4.0 grams Jacks Hydro 2.1 grams of Magnesium Sulphate 50 mL Sweet Citrus 50 mL Regen-a-root 10mL flower enhancer pH 6.2 PPM 680

No res change right now, still working with a fresh res. Low PPM, pH is dropping, leaves are turning crisp. Added some H202 today. They slowed water uptake, nutrient uptake, have had some heat spikes with weather and 3rd light, turned down 3rd light to about 80% power.

Leaves are showing a late stage magnesium deficiency, been keeping the magnesium lower than Calcium because I’m trying to keep a balanced nutrition as per normal feed programs but I think next grow, I’ll be adding more magnesium than calcium throughout flower. Leaves probably have a bit of heat, light, wind problems going for them too. Day 35 - WEEK 6 changes for PK boost. New reservoir today; Drained reservoir, Added 64F degrees tap water, Drained reservoir, Added 64F degree RO water, 20 grams Calcium Nitrate 20 grams Jacks Hydro 20 grams Magnesium Sulphate 300 mL H2O2 200 mL Mighty Flower Enhancer 150mL Headmasta 125mL Fulvic Acid 20mL Humic Acid 100mL Purpinator 100mL Sweet Citrus pH 6.5 ppm 1550

Day 41 Start of week 7- the 3rd light looks like it has added some over-all weight, however, doesn’t look like I’ll pull a gram per watt out of the 3 lights together. We’ll find out soon enough, few more weeks.

Trichs seem to be further along then last grows, I can only assume the extra light and/or higher heat has cause them to finish a bit faster. Right now we are sitting on a majority of 70% cloudy, literally only a couple ambers through out. Wanting to harvest a little earlier this grow, hopefully day 59 or 60. Sooooo, 10-11 more days till chop. Day 51 Starting a flush, drained and filled with tap water, 2mL/L of flushing agent to help dissolve/bind salts. 3 hour cycle runtime with flushing agent. Drain/fill with high quality ROH2O, pH’d, H202 for disinfection.

I started out cutting off the big fan leaves and after an hour or so, I began to remember it took me 7-8 hours per plant just chopping and cutting large fan leaves... So! I thought to myself, “fuck this shit”.... I continued cut/hanging with no fan leaf trim, 1st plant took 2.5 hours and second plant 2 hours. Laziness is bliss. I will add “harvest week”, and numbers after 7-day dry period.
