Right.....sorry for the belated dairy for Pineapple Sorbet by Aficionado French Connection. Seed was popped middle of March. Placed into 10L DWC waited for roots to drop. Used Superthrive root stim along side Megacrop. First time using Megacrop and gave a light dose for 2 weeks as she looked okay though a little light. She started to droop a few days later. I didn't realise she had root rot. I had all the pics but like a idiot wiped them. It seemed all was lost as the roots were brown and slimey so I went for it and removed the brown dead roots. Middle of week 3 Added Hydroguard to the 10L reservoir. Two days later she was perky and loving life with new roots sprouting. Eventually moved her to the 70L DWC in her own DR90 tent under 320W chilledtech pucks. She recovered very quickly and was vigorously growing. Week 5 I added the scrog and attempted to spread her wide.

This week was just cruising. She's bounced back she just grows and grows! Topped and defoliated. Kept pushing tops under scrog. I felt I under fed her as the new tops were coming in quite light. Upped the Megacrop to 500ppm and added CalMag.

This week you can see the new tops have recovered after topping and there's been some crazy growth. As I was only in a 90x90 I decided to flip her into flower the coming weekend - 18th April. Defoliated before flipping and removed all that i could reach under the scrog.

Flipped her 7 days ago. Also added Exhale C02 bag. I think my feed was still a bit light so I upped it to 700ppm but it wasn't going down after a few days so added more water to bring it down to 600. Stretch is still on and is filling out the tent nicely!

Well...that escalated quickly...she's stretching and stretching i was worried i'd run out of space. I started using 'bends' to supercrop some of the primary tops to level out the canopy. Upped the PPM to 700 and she didn't like it again. The PPM increased after three days so I backed off and decreased it to 600. Not sure if it's the nutes collecting at the bottom of the res but i moved the meter around. Added some Zyme as I had some sample capsules - Hopefully will benefit her. Everything looks fine so far and doesn't seem to be any deficiencies. Timelapse is over the course of 11 days - final timelapse is day 25 of flower..

Sorry I've missed another week...not much has been happening. She has finished her stretch and is now in full bud production mode. As you can see she's now producing more trichomes. Those leaves look mad!!! Waiting for the buds to fill out a bit more but this will come soon. As I think I underfed her during the initial flowering stage i think she may be a week behind. I may have to add another scrog net to hold up the weaker stems as buds develop but not sure if that'll block light to the lower buds.Chilled Logic pucks are at 240w and you can see how little room i have. Added some Bud explosion for PK - tiny amount 1g for the whole res. He's a description of PineApple Sorbet - Pineapple Sorbet by Aficionado French Connection is a regular Sativa-dominant cannabis seed derived from a complex mix of champs. This spectacular hybrid was created by Leo Stone and Professor Q outdoors, under the bright sun of California, in the Emerald Triangle. The result couldn’t be other than a balanced, hardy and quality marijuana strain. Pineapple Sorbet grows vigorously, with the shape of a small bush and heavy branching. Early pruning will make her stronger and she reacts well to SCROG. With such short flowering, 65-70 days will be enough for her to produce an awful lot of thick, resinous buds indoors.

In truth I cannot say mush. Growing was easy and straight forward. I should have scrogged her earlier and added a 2nd layer to stop the buds bending the stems. The bud looks amazing. The terpines when growing were sickly rotting pineapple.

As I've never grown in spring/summer i now know why it's best to leave it until the temps have stabilised to a lower range. She was fine when growing and was impressive looking. Flipped to flower and she flew away packing on lots of weight in the final 4 weeks. Due to having to move her to another tent with better support I feel the bending of all her stems impacted the grow. Chopped her a little early - could have left her for a week longer. The weather was 16ºc daytime and 13ºc night time. Then a heatwave hit and was at 28/20”c, The buds were drying ok...i had a air conditioner next to the intake hoping to control it. Helped a little. Took them down hoping to even the moisture curing and burping. The terps were still there although a little weaker. RH was @ 64%. Added a Boveda 62% pack. Burped once a day for two weeks. Terps were dead and taste had gone. Cured and stored in 2L C-Vault @ 62% - Temps between 19/26ºc. I think the strain is nice but needs a decent drying environment to get a realistic review. On the other hand I made the best hash I've ever made from the larf and leaves. It's super squidgy and resinous. The terps are amazing! I wish I made it all into hash instead of being sat here with lots of bud I don't like smoking. There's only so much smooth cardboard you can smoke after you've tasted nicer. Again this is down to my own screw ups. Peace!
