Humboldt blue dream auto x2

Hi all . Started 4 Humboldt blue dream auto from grizzly seed bank . 2 of 4 have popped through other 2 did nothing from germination . Soaked them all 24hrs then straight into coco . I’m trying out the mars aqua 165w led after I changed many of the L.E.Ds for 3200k (55x3w epistar leds ) . This will be a veg light for first 3-4 weeks depending on how the others progress in the other tent . This is a 40x40x140cm tent by greenbox . This will be used for first few weeks before becoming a drying tent . Started out in a couple of cups before moving over to a 5l pot with air holes drilled .The girls are in coco and will be moved into 15l fabric pots later on .

Second week for the girls Katrina & Bea . Decided no point running the led in smaller tent whilst I had space in here under the 600w hps , ballast is digideive by maxigrow with elite dual spectrum bulb . Not exactly flying these 2 but seem ok . I gave these Rhizotonic but didn’t read it correctly so they’ve been getting too much , hopefully no damage done . Moved Katrina into her final 20L air pot in coco Bea is waiting for more coco to arrive 😓. I’ll be doing a comparison on these 2 later on , topping one and not the other . See how they get on .

3rd week going well . Both katrina & bea are getting shoots for the side branches . I’ll let these develop a little more before I start LST . As mentioned before one will be getting ripped and other left alone for comparison. Due to being accepted for the GHSc competition I will unfortunately be putting this on 12/12 late in the grow due to them being photos so may hurt the yields but I will do the test again once everything is finished and tent is clear . Learning lots as I grow and all your help is bringing my grows on tenfold . Ending this week on day 20 & 21 from sprout . I’ll continue to up the nutes over next week and get them on full dose by week 4 Stay safe , happy growing

Ended last week rolling into this week I topped Katrina (11/4) , I’ve left bea alone to do her thing naturally (12/4) . Started lst this week ,obviously little by little they are progressing and lots of side branches shooting out now . More so on Katrina after topping but we will watch and see what happens . update ,I’ve added the photos to finish the week . Done a little lst to them both and will give them more once the side branches get more prominent. Little bit of damage to one of them , think I’ve hurt her with nutes

Hi week 5 gone well , both girls seem strong and healthy . I had already topped Katrina and LST her ,I’m continuing with the lst training bending all brances down and out wards , she’s producing through the side branches and looks like she will have many main tops like on the first grow . Bea I haven’t topped and decided to remove all wires and let her grow natural so we can compare the difference , her side branches don’t seem to be doing much and her energy seems to be more used to grow upwards ,hopefully she won’t become too tall later on with stretching . Both girls have been bottom fed this week ,filling the tray 2-3x per day and they seem to be absorbing it up nicely , this has helped me decide on autopots after this grow Thanks for looking Stay safe and happy growing

Hi all thanks for looking . Week 6 almost complete . Both girls seem to be doing just fine . As mentioned before one I’ve left to its own and other lst and topped last week . Both seem to be doing great . Katrina has lots of tops now and starting to get a even canopy ready for the growth spurt . Bea is pushing the side branches up and also catching up to hopefully a few tops and a even canopy by herself ,but she is 5cm taller at this stage . Both girls was showing signs of nute deficiencies last week into this week , remove a couple of fan leaves and upped the calmag this week and seems to be ok now . At this stage neither seem stronger/weaker only thing I’d say so far is Katrina has pushed her side branches more then bea after toping Thanks for looking Stay safe & happy growing

Hi thanks for looking and being with me . Both girls are great as per last grow with this strain , just so easy and hardy . Katrina has a good canopy and has flipped into flower this week , done a little defoliation to remove some lower leaves and light blocking ones too . Bea has also flipped into flower . I did originally want to leave bea to do her own thing but she had lots of side branching that were tangling up and generally just a mess , because of this earlier in the week I felt it was necessary to step in a little with a bit of lst to pull some of them out and help spread her somewhat . Looks much better now . She also had the same treatment as Katrina with a little defoliation . She looks much better for it and now better prepared for that stretch . Stay safe and happy growing . Hi all , almost another week down , both Katrina & bea are super strong ,no dramas Early this week I butchered Katrina ,stripping 3/4 of the branches from bottom , let’s see if all her effort goes into this top buds now . I’ve been trying to continue with bea to leave her to her own devices and let nature take her course , other then a few fan leaves removed a few weeks back and a little lst I haven’t messed with her tbh . Let’s see how the both do for comparing , remember guys I’m only learning, it’s all first hand experience ,hence me doing it Unfortunately the girls are sharing their space with 2 photo period plants that were getting big fast and needed flipping into flower , so now both these girls are 12/12 . Will this hurt the yeilds ?. I’ll update the week with photos as it progresses . Stay safe and happy growing

Hi thanks for looking . Almost another week down , nothing much changed this week , both girls have certainly claimed their qtr of the tent and filled it . Not a lot of changed this week . Just fed them and leave them to it now . Still on 12/12 now and will be till they’ve finished . Last couple of days photos to update over weekend . Stay safe and happy growing

Well guys another week down . Both girls doing really well . Started to see some difference with them . Bea (no topping ,minimal lst and defoliation) has carried on vegging and stretching longer and has over taken Katrina ,bea has lots less buds atm and much smaller buds , time will tell who develops the most and best. Katrina flowered much faster and her efforts went into budding , she seems to have responded well to the LST , defoliation & topping . She is budding up nicely and I expect her to finish fair but ahead of bea . Both girls seem to be developing just fine with 12/12 without much drama just bea has continued to veg and stretch a little more , it may just take her longer to be finished . Time will tell . Hi all thanks for looking . Another week down and both girls seem just fine . Katrina ( lst ,defoliation, topped ) has continued pushing her flowers and producing just nicely , lots of tight compact buds and coming on nicely . Bea on other hand (fully clothed with limited interference) has stretched soo much , she is next to the GHSc big girl that has stretched up and out soo much bea has had to push to own her space . She’s done that so well and is now standing at 82cm to top . Lots of buds coming on nicely and seem to be progressing more so at the bottom/middle , the top ones have slowed whilst she stretched more . Both girls doing just great on 12/12 and no dramas . She’s they are maybe a little slower but still happy and producing , only time will tell . Started to taper nutes down now , quality over quantity guys . Stay safe and happy growing

Hi all thanks for looking , half way through another week and this week we’ve seen a lot of progress . I’ve taken all girls out of the tent this week and swapped them around as both Katrina and bea are expected to be finished long before the 2 banana Krumble . Katrina has had a heavy defoliation this week to allow the light through and to all buds ,hopefully she will continue and fatten them up now , very happy with her development ,she’s the smaller of the 2 but she certainly has the most buds at this stage . The topping ,lst and defoliation has worked well with her and she responds well to stress . Bea (minimal lst ,no topping or defoliation to this point ) was taken out too and I had noticed lots of dead leaves and smaller beaches lower down , obviously nature is taking things into its own here and doing the job for me , I initially just removed what dead I could and popped her back , next day I decided it was time to intervene with Her , I too have given her a heavy defoliation to allow the light to those buds . Ive also Removed some of the smaller branches lower down , really this should have been done much earlier but for comparison reasons I wanted to leave her to it . Hopefully this stress won’t do any harm and she will now focus on flower . Very happy with bea too but she’s a way to go to catch up with Katrina . At this stage LST ,defoliation & topping seems to be the way . 12/12 doesn’t seem to have had much effect on them and both seem quite happy . Stay safe and happy growing

Hi thanks for looking , another week down . Katrina doesn’t seem far off ready , just allowing her more time due to the 12/12 . I think she has a little left in her , all trichomes look to be clear or milky/white but not turned yellow at all yet (my loupe doesn’t seem to show me the best , I need to get them into day light to see what’s going on . Bea has a way to go yet but progressing really well . Excited for these now and try to hold my patience as long as possible before I give them the chop !. I’ll be keeping a eye on them now with the loupe and soon as I see the change they will be flushed ready for harvest . Stay safe guys and happy growing

Hi guys another week almost down . Both girls are happy and healthy . Very happy with them both . I considered harvesting Katrina and started to flush her as I don’t think she has long now . Bea on the other hand has a good few weeks left imo . Very happy with them and keen to find out what the end results are , last plant produced a very good amount and very pleasant smoke . Hi thanks for looking harvested Katrina today , the other plant was burning as too close to the light , I had to spread her out and use more space in the tent so Katrina had to come out . She’s been flushed for 4 days and left over night in the dark in the dry tent . I’ve chopped her down now and wet with stalked she weighs 504g . With one main weighing 50g on its own . Now she’s dried and ready for curing she’s weighing in at 66g 😓. Nothing like last time and clear to me now 12/12 made a huge difference to how dense the buds are , pleasant smoke still and good strength so no dramas . Bea is still doing great and is back in the tent carried on with 12/12 and hopefully with more time she will produce . Once the bea is ready I’ll create the harvest for the pair until then I’ll keep updating each week for bea. Stay safe and happy growing

Hi guys another full week down . I started flushing her end of last week and all this week . Will give her a few more days flushing before harvest . Leaves are yellowing , drying up . I’ll update later in the week we’ll harvest for them both and see how this girl has done , last girl didn’t do as well as expected but putting that down to 12/12 . Both have been great growing without issue and healthy strong girls so no complaints

Last few days and second girl has now been harvested and is currently drying ready to cure . I’ll update with a harvest once I have her dry weight . Both girls done well considering the 12/12 light schedule with them being autos . Really cannot complain , much like before with them being so easy to grow and manage without issue . One girl clearly did better then the other . I’ll look back and see if this was the one I topped ,LST’d etc or if it was the girl left to her own devices till later and in flower . Harvest Is in Katrina (girl 1 ). Was LST’d , defoliation , topped etc . Turned out just fine on 12/12 , unfortunately this girl only got flushed for 3 days and one can tell the difference between the 2 girls . Still very potent and enjoyable . She came in with 504g wet with leafs and stems , and 61g dry . Bea was the girl left alone early on , didn’t train, top or defoliate . Later I’m the grow it was necessary to remove some leafs , pull the branches out a little to giver them all light . Bea was flushed for 11 days and she’s much smoother , smells better etc . She tastes pretty much the same just a bit smoother . Lots of crystals on her and she’s done well too considering 12/12 lights . She came out with 697G wet with stems and leafs And 85.7g fully dried . Over all a total of 146g dry from the 2 plants . Can’t complain with that for a 12/12 auto grow .
