Triple XL Auto

This Triple XL Auto purchased from Original Sensible seeds is a cross of Northern Lights*Big Bud*Green Crack. The buds thickened up nicely. There was a shriveled leaf yesterday when photographing the plant. It didn’t occur to me then but this morning after the chop I saw some bud rot starting on a single cola. Decided I would try ‘bud washing’ which is really disinfecting in a dilute hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) solution. Seems to have worked but I might have been a bit rough on the trichomes doing it. Anyway all the bud is now drying in the garage with a dehumidifier keeping things at about 60% RH instead of our recent usual 70-80%. I thought this plant would get a bit taller but it certainly produced some nice colouring on some nice big buds. Will definitely grow this one again. I think I dried it a bit too long. Five days at ideal conditions isn’t excessive but after a H2O2 wash the buds will dry faster. Would have been better at four days, now in jars for curing.
