First week in the DWC was very successful. By the end of the week all plant had roots touching water, with 2 of them with extremely well developed roots.
One plant has weird distorted leaf shapes, but that appears to be sorting itself out by the end of the week.
Some purpling occured. The plants definitely have enough nutrients so I put this down to adjustments to the light intensity.
-- A bit of brown slimey crap appeared on the roots. Added some cannazym (which I had neglected to previously) and after a few days the roots were nice and bright white again.
-- Again, just astounded at the growth rate with DWC. Couldn't keep up with nutes and so another bloody mag deficiency appearing. Got onto it with additional nutes, I did lapse in testing ppm and they had just drunk up all the nutes.
-- Growing so bloody fast. They are sucking up so much water that the dehumidifier can't handle it. 3 weeks of DWC and they're ready to flower. I daresay I might end up running out of vertical room. I might have to start scrogging.
Delightfully smooth, even without any curing. Tasty piney and dank flavour, with a fairly heady high. An absolute beast when it comes to bud production. The flavour is so complex and inviting; absolute classic cannabis flavour that never gets old.
This was among my first batch of grows, and therefore many mistakes were made. Chiefly, it got too hot for them so the buds were not as compact as they could have been. However, they were amazing and I enjoyed every last gram of it.
Due to the insane growth rate of these, I was totally overwhelmed the entire grow and had no time to keep a diary.
