At the start he was quite stressed. There were some problems with fungus gnats and I tried to wash them out using cinnamon water. It wasn't very effective.

He looked horrible. Probably from overwatering and there were still fungus gnats. I covered the soil with a thick layer of sand ( playsand, so without any harmful substances) and at the end of the week the fungus gnats were allmost gone !! 🙏

This week I didn't take any pictures, because I just discovered this website in week 4. I started applying the LST technique and the plant was happy again. The fungus gnats were almost gone. I decided to grow another another Royal Bluematic, I will keep a diary from this one as well and keep a better track of that one in the first weeks.

The plant looked healthy. I tried to put some leaves to the side so they wouldn't block the light from reaching the new buds. I also used some rope to train the new buds to the side. For the first time i added a little bit of nutrion to the water. Also I started to see one or two bud hairs.
