there absolutely is a best soil, or rather a best soil type called horticulture grade soil, and it's totally worth it. Basically this soil is steamed meaning it's sterilised meaning it doesnt come with bug eggs included. That means you have a less chance of getting an pest infestation. If you dont get such soil, best thing you can do is put it outside in the sun all day so the eggs hatch and the bugs leave. I shouldnt say this because i asked these folks for some freebies and got naught but i like cellmax.eu, otherwise any hoticulture labelled soil will do the trick. hope this helps ! 🚀

I use Ocean Forrest, and it will last up to 6 weeks, depending on how much your strain is using the mico-nutrients in that soil.

Generally it’s only water up to week 3 , after that the plant are well rooted and the nutrients may be needed. Even after 3 weeks you need to watch at the plant to know when to feed. 3 weeks is a general value as a super soil will require no feeding from seed to harvest and a light mix soil may need a small amount of nutrients before the end of week 3
