so up to this point the plant has been topped, (10 days ago), and have tied down the 2 dominant branches. If this plant follows the same growth pattern as her 2 indoor sisters did, there should still be more than enough time to tie down twice more before entering flowering stage. I feel like a little growth potential was lost over the last week because of no sunshine. Actual height would have been about 13 inches but 4 inches were bent horizontally for LST. Only rain water was provided over the last 10 days. Plan to introduce 1/4 strength nutrients starting next week.

Outdoor temps and humidity really increasing this week. Continued tying down of new growth. Began feeding this week. After this week will just let it grow, with mild defoliation from here on out to enhance airflow and avoid shading of lower growth. Made a rookie mistake yesterday. Got a little too aggressive with the LST. I felt like I was careful, and it wasn't broke when I finished, but found 1 of the 2 main branches hanging on by just the skin. I'm gonna blame it on a bird landing on it...lol...Guess I'll put the fake owl next to it ;p

No rain at all in the last week. She's LOVING this nutrient regimen. Currently feeding every 3 days substituting the 3rd with just plain water.

6/15/20 will complete week 7 since seedling emerged. Sorry, the diary has been running a week behind so I doubled up on this weeks entry since its now starting to flower and I wanted the week count to be correct. According to GCS this plant should finish up on 8/25/20. The other 2 plants of this strain I grew (indoors) fit this time line perfectly. Also, anyone growing this strain out should be advised that it is NOT a fast finishing autoflower. You're really going to tie up your space as long as you typically would for most photoperiod plants, so in my opinion you'd be better off buying the fem photo version. Another note from her indoor sisters, they don't produce a lot of smell, even after curing it is pretty mild odor wise, but boy they DO pack a punch. Not heavy yielders either, expect about 2 oz of dried/cured prime bud from each on average. (when I trim I'm overly selective about what goes in the jar and what goes on the trim pile. The trim and larf from these makes excellent hash, with about a 7% return using 73 micron and an additional 20% using the 165 via dry ice extraction, total of 27 grams from 3.5 oz of trim)

got some rain for the first time in a couple of weeks on 6/19. I don't care what anyone says, rainwater in the right amount just does something special for the plants. I can already tell just from the bulkiness of the early flowers this plant is going to out perform her indoor sisters by a good bit. The first 3 pics were taken on 6/17/20, and the 4th one was 3 days later on the 20th, as is plain to see, quite a bit of difference. I have a feeling this one is going to have explosive bud development over the next few weeks.

week 9 6/22-6/28 6/22 we got 1.2 inch rain, let plant get a good soaking, then gave each branch a good shake when it was done. Killed 2 dreaded leaf hoppers on the plant in the last few days, but not before they had a little snack :( 6/26 finally dried out enough to hit her with another dose of nutrients. I noticed even a slight breeze was really moving the heavier branches so I guess today I'll add a couple of support stakes.

6/29-7/5 6/29 REALLY starting to bulk up. Tied to another cut down tomato cage to support the branches that were being blown around way too much in breezy conditions. 7/1 heat index values are approaching 110 F so the plant is being brought indoors from early afternoon through overnight hours. 7/5 well this was a bad week to be an outdoor marijuana plant in Southern OK. We had 4 days where temp was over 100 F and the humidity was absolutely OPPRESIVE! We had all the kids, (aged 6-38), and all the grandkids, (aged 2-20), here for several days over the holiday. The kids couldn't help but stick their face in it and smelling, and the grandkids managed to do every thing from accidently spray it with the hose to dripping rapidly melting popsicles on it lol. And Since the grills were running pretty much all day for 5 straight days every stray dog in town was posted up waiting for scraps to fall in their direction so I'm sure they also got peed on a time or 2 as well. I found a couple more catapillers on her so I didn't dare bring it inside to the tent. Oh well even if it had been reduced to a broken stump it would have been well worth it to have them all here! Any ways, the "treatment" for the abuse/neglect was to wash off as much popsicle juice as possible, and give it a good haircut to remove all the badly damaged leaves, and find it a nice indoor airconditioned spot to recover in the next few days.

7/6-7/12 7/6 all the damaged parts removed, (fortunately don't see any damage to the buds, but most of the fans were beyond saving) and chilling in a quiet cool corner to recover 7/9 high temps over 100F and overnight lows 80F. Plant is being put outdoors for morning sun, and brought indoors at 1300 to protect from oppressive heat/humidity 7/11 by calendar there is still about 4 weeks left till finished. If this one follows the same pattern her indoor sisters did this spring this next 10-14 days should really pack the weight on the buds and the last 2 weeks just ripen more. This plant smells a lot stronger than the 2 previous ones did

7/13-7/19 7/13 looking good...starting to get frosty 7/15 fed 128 oz (1 gallon) of nutrient solution from column 9 (mid bloom) of GHE "flora series" drain to waste chart. this plant will now only get 2-3 more feedings and her last 10-14 days will be straight purified water with a pH of 5.8. should be 3-4 weeks till harvest 7/16 looked at the trichs with usb microscope today. I'd say about 85% have turned completely milky since I last looked on 7/12. 7/17 Buds don't appear to be gaining weight as quickly now. Tough to call, but as little as 1 to as much as 3 weeks left at this point

7/20-7/26 7/20 Temps have been a bit more reasonable the last few days so she's been able to stay outdoors until late afternoon. Humidity still climbing up to around 85-90% over night so still bringing the plant in at night to avoid bud rot. Trichs are 100% milky with a couple amber showing up now. Will check daily and have discontinued nutrients in anticipation of harvest later this week. 7/21 Not going to let this one go longer than a couple more days. Flushed again with 3 gal of 1/2 tap 1/2 purified blended water. Moving in doors at night and outdoors daytime is causing her to start foxtailing. Probably not going to improve yield or quality from here so probably going to chop today.

For sure an evening smoke. Again, like her 2 previous sisters, very mild smell, and not really flavorful, but a heavy hitter.

This plant went through some tough times. Started way to late in season for an outdoor auto as they don't really thrive in the heat. Had leaf miners, gnats, and grasshoppers all working against her. Broke 1 of the 2 main apical branches during Lst and wasn't able to save it. Started foxtailing towards the end from big temp swings 95+ during the day and 65 indoors at night.
